Atour Hotel Shanghai HuangPu Xintiandi Metro Station

Excellent stay. It's not often I write a review but staying at this hotel was a positive experience. It's walking distance from Xintiandi / 新天地 and is good value for a plush area of Shanghai. It was our first time in this area of Shanghai and there’s an abundance of local cafe culture and small shops to explore. The reception staff are friendly and courteous. The room has several small conveniences which shows Atour have thought carefully about the guest experience. The rooms are super clean. After exploring the area we relaxed in our room watching the large screen TV. Arranging late checkout time was easy and meant we could chill until our ride home arrived. This will be my hotel of choice for future stays.

Excellent service, only downside was the coffee machine broke down during the first 2 days of my stay

Stayed here for 3 nights in Xintiandi and our experience has been amazing! The hotel staff were very patient and helpful when we had some couriers delivered to the hotel to bring back home. :) It was very convenient to call for food deliveries to the hotel. You can just indicate your room number and the automated robot will deliver the food to your door room! Overall, very satisfied with the amenities and facilities provided by Atour! The gave us a small little gift after we check out, will consider to stay with Atour again next time! :)

Very nice hotel with good service of everything you need. Will definitely come back in the future

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was very pleased with my experience overall. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job. The location was also quite convenient, with easy access to the train and just a short ride from interesting areas. Plus, it was in a good spot for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it!
