Location is not in the city, and 10mins walk from the nearest metro, there’s no convenience store nearby the hotel but in China it’s not a big problem. The service was good, people are nice. Their gym opens 24 hours which is very good, the laundry is free.

We were upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful suite, really big and clean. Location is quiet, a nice 15min walk to the subway. Staff was respectful and breakfast was nice, lots of variety.

Close to the Mercedes Benz Arena, wher we wee booked to watch a show. Supe clean amf modrrn roomd. Beds and pillows comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This area is very quiet especially at night. The mall is a nice 10 minutes walk away. The hotel is nice and clean, I like the way they conserve the planet by making disposable items on request. I would prefer if the drinking water is in glass bottles instead of plastic. I did not have any food or use the gym this time.

Everything was great, except some staff did not quite do their job. Waited for my order for 2 hours and after I queried it, they didn’t serve it anymore. The manager made an effort an offered me a free breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. What helped was that the restaurant is open until 11pm.

We chosed this hotel because of XIN LIU /Liu Yu Xin XANADU concert Shanghai station (15mins walking distance to the arena). The service, cleanliness, amenities are great and awesome. The staffs are friendly and good especially 小肖 and 乔经理 who helped with our check in. Wanna to give a special shout out to an extremely helpful receptionist guy who helped to pay our cab fare when our Alipay transaction failed, thank you! Location is peaceful and serene. A tranquil stay indeed 👍🏻

Great place to stay. Room is spacious and comfy and service amenities are good. Location is slightly far from city but taxi is cheap and convenient anyway.

I came for the third time. When I checked in at night, the front desk guy Xiaodang upgraded me to a suite. The room guy also provided meticulous service and the staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel facilities are very complete, the room is very spacious and comfortable, the view is wide, and the hygiene and cleanliness are also very good. I recommend InterContinental. The first choice for travel is various hotels of InterContinental. All the details are well done. The geographical location is very good. It is very convenient to go to the World Expo and the National Expo to see the exhibition. It is also close to the river. Very modern building, and the gym facilities are also very complete.

Very good stay experience! If you are from outside the city and want to go to the Mercedes-Benz Cultural Center to watch a concert, staying in this hotel is a very good choice. It takes about 15 minutes to walk there.

A very good stay experience. I went to Mercedes-Benz to watch Dan Yichun's concert. I saw that this hotel was very close. I thought it was under InterContinental and it was guaranteed. The experience was very good. The package of the group was very cost-effective. The breakfast was very clean and tasted good. We communicated in advance about the lunch in the package, and changed it to a midnight snack for us after the concert. We packed it and took it back to the room to eat. The room was also very clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room. I will stay here again next time I go to a concert

The first time I stayed here on a business trip, it only takes four minutes to walk to the destination. The hotel is stylish and simple in design, the room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, and the network is super fast. The front desk is small, and Xiao Zhang is very enthusiastic and upgraded my room. This will be my first choice when I come to Shanghai for business trips in the future.
