Very good and neat & clean hotel near to untied center Beautiful street

We stayed for 6 nights. The place is in the Grand World village. Everything is walkable. The place is spacious and new. It is a plus for us that they provide water, coffee, and tea everyday.

Located in a great area, the place is quiet and peaceful, with clean and well-maintained rooms.

I highly recommend Chinese people to stay here. The service staff is very friendly and responds promptly with a smile. The hotel is very clean. We stayed for three days. Every morning when we had breakfast, we could see the staff cleaning the glass everywhere, either cleaning the door or cleaning the elevator. The public areas were spotless. Take VinBus No. 17 from the airport and get off at the vinholiday hotel stop. It takes about an hour to get there. Food in Phu Quoc World is very expensive, much more expensive than in the central part. It is recommended to eat a full breakfast. Although there are not many varieties, the taste is good. There are slight changes every day, such as replacing grilled sausage with bacon. Although there is only this hotel on this road, it is not gloomy at night. Turning the corner is the Teddy Bear Museum, and there is a parking lot behind. Although I think Phu Quoc World is not fun, this hotel is indeed good value for money.

It feels more like a motel or Airbnb than a hotel. The rice noodles for breakfast are good, and the rest is reasonable for the price range. The location is not bad.

Breakfasts are until 9:00, but we usually came at 9, there was still food, there were guests who came later and ate until 10, no one cleaned anything, everyone was expected. Very nice staff, cleaning every day 👍 the girls at the reception are the best! ❤️ always prompted, helped, beauties, clever girls, keep it up 🤗 Of the minuses, perhaps, we met cockroaches in the room, one small, one giant 👀 a slipper solved the problem, but not very pleasant 😅 maybe because we had food. But we also ate in other hotels. And another minus, this is the bed, it seems new, but it creaks all over, it is even impossible to turn from side to side at night. It was room 401. And we also couldn't get our bearings for a long time and find the hotel, it shows differently on all the maps. And the buildings are all similar, so we got a little lost. 90% of the buildings are empty and they are not marked on the maps, but in fact everything is built up. The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk from the free bus stop. At the reception we later found a QR code for searching in Google. I will attach a photo. Otherwise, I liked everything very much. Check-in is fast, there is always a person at the reception, cleaning every day, towels are changed, tea and coffee every day, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is delicious, there are always 3 types of fruit, scrambled eggs or chicken soup to choose from, toasts with jam or butter are possible, rice, noodles, potatoes with meat. The room had a smell, and although it had been dealt with, it still had a strange smell. Breakfast is relatively simple and lacks options. The surrounding location is not very convenient for breakfast to buy snacks to go out as there are no other hotels operating other commercial activities!

A good and modern city hotel. The area nearby is sparsely populated, so there is no traffic and it is quiet. All the main attractions and a great beach with free sun loungers are nearby. There is a stop nearby, from where you can easily get to the central part of the island by free electric bus. Route 17 runs every 15 minutes. I want to note the central hot water supply. Good soundproofing, we slept well. Normal Internet. Buffet breakfast. The choice of dishes is meager, but you will not go hungry. Fruit was every day. The staff is friendly. A wish to the owner: there is no place to dry clothes after the beach. Each time I had to hang them on a chair or on the window. A small folding dryer will solve the problem 100%.

The hotel is in a new unpopulated area, at the time of our stay it felt like this was the only hotel operating here. Good new renovation, but the room was very dusty and the windows were incredibly dirty. Breakfast - not a great variety (rice, chicken with potatoes and carrots, something like nems with meat), fruit, bread (there is a toaster), and you can also ask the staff for scrambled eggs or pho soup, everything is edible and very tasty for a Russian person.
