It was a chill weekend at the hotel, perfect for families and the best part is that it’s PET-FRIENDLY, the only bad thing is that the big pools open in May, at this time they only had open the hot springs and the small pool next to the hot springs. But everything else was good, the food is good and the atmosphere it’s nice and chill, they have a live band that played really nice music.

In Huizhou it’s our favorite hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good for couples, many activities for kids and whole family can enjoy!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — everything we needed was provided. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Especially I want to mention Robbie - our consierge, he was very helpful, always at reach and quick to help. The location is perfect — close to the beach. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the entire property was well maintained. We truly felt at home and would gladly return. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

The room, amazing!! 👏👍 the hotel itself is beautiful but it's a shame that there is an unfinished side to the resort that isn't finished and it's not stated anywhere. The balcony view also very nice!! The staff recognized the need for English speaking and attended to this. Shame that there isn't really an adult area or adult pool . Breakfast a little below expectations for the price and also the quality of the food on show also not so good. Sharing tables also, not what is expected for this price.

Summary of Scores: Location 4/5 - Yes it has a beach front, yes it is pretty out there. We arrived at HuiDongNan (惠東南) high speed rail station and took a 50minutes ride from the station to the hotel via Didi/Taxi. The location is pretty far from the city. However, the challenge comes when trying to book a taxi on the wechat Didi app. Often there are limited drivers in the area resulting in waiting up to 30 minutes for a ride. The other down side for me will be the construction surronding the area, as it is a still developing area, construction sounds and sites are observable. Clealiness 4/5 - Overall the hotel staff is very fast and the staff work extra hard to ensure any spills, wet spots, wet marks are wiped and cleaned as soon as possible. However, in our room there is a smell of watery and humidity when we entered the room, especially the standing shower stall in the room. Service 5/5 - The front desk lady (Judy) was fast in helping us check in to the hotel. We arrived very early ~12noon, Judy helped us check to see if there were any rooms available for us to check in earlier as the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm. We ended up geting the room ~12noon and with an upgrade to the 25th floor. Overall whever we approached the staff, they are very willing to help. When requesting for extra water in the room, it came within 30 minutes. Facilities 4/5 - There are many facilities and places to take photos such as the I Love Richu Sign, Swings, Reef Bar, Observation Deck, Fireworks and more. There are many places for great pictures. Besides picture opportunities, there are many faciltiies for kids, very family friendly. Whether it is shooting fireworks, kayaking along the lazy river, swimming/playing at hte shallow pools, going to the beach, there are much to do to ensure your little one is engaged all day. Given the hotel is less than 10 years old, there are some observable wears and tears in the room which can be maintained better. We got the hotel package with the breakfast, there are many varities and definitely very fitting for the Chinese population which is the majority. However, if you are expecitng a more western/international breakfast cuisine, you may need to be aware options such as cold cuts, ham, cheese, egg stations are not avaliable. While the resutaurant opens at 7:00am, the restaurant is packed with 65%-70% occupancy already at 7:30am.

I had never expected such a big hotel to be in such a remote place. Development is still happening there, and I hope they will finish the third tower. The swimming pool is relatively small, and I don't know why it is located below the ground level, so you have no view of the ocean at all—just like swimming in a well. The hot springs are also pretty ordinary, like small holes in the wall. Nevertheless, the overall experience is very positive. Night walk to the Rock Bar, good cocktails and live music was a nice experience. Our room was pretty big, with a panoramic view of 3 different sides of the hotel. A breakfast on the balcony was again pretty relaxing.

King's service attitude is good, her will automatically upgrade the room for us, and will come again next time.

I'm giving a 5 star review solely because King was an amazing helper. The hotel has a lot of good, the location is amazing, the view is amazing, service attitude is great, most people are very willing to help if you translate to them. However it's not without flaws. I gave a 5 star because I believe overall, the hotel is great and I strongly recommend it. The hotel had some issues with translations, some more dire than others but they've been quite reactive to change. For example "Alcoholic Beverage" in English and "mocktail" in Chinese doesn't link up, other more comedic like "Pancake" being translated to "Class Halberd". There were also some issues with not being able to rent a surfboard even though my girlfriend and I were experienced surfers unless we took a lesson but none of the instructors knew English so how could we even have a lesson? We also went in Off-season, September, so that might be why some of the attractions were under construction. Overall, great hotel, great service, just hope they brush up the English and some weird rules in service.

The noise from adjacent guestroom is annoying, even at 3am, the sound proof between the guestroom is poorly built.

Nice hotel with free upgrade and free parking. Beautiful environment. Unlimited entrances to 礁石酒吧！ Amazing scenery with many photo shooting points. Breakfast is rich but too crowded. Nice stay!
