Ms Sun was very helpful in explaining the access to the hotel and helped to arrange collection of our parcels. The location is superb, direct view of Mt 仙乃日 from our terrace. There were welcome fruits and the dinner was good too. Breakfast was standard fare of buns, porridge, hard boiled egg, steamed sweet potato and corn, which could feel plain after awhile. Smart toilet functions were not working.

The views and value for money are outstanding. The service here truly deserves a special mention; the staff are incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to perfectly fulfill every request. They were also exceptionally polite and courteous, even when handling numerous demands. These are photos of my room – can you believe it? Definitely a big thumbs up!

Booking Qishan Yue Hotel in Yading Village via Trip.com was absolutely the best choice! The room was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The bedding looked crisp and inviting, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, making for a truly pleasant and comfortable stay. The ambiance, cleanliness, and service were all impeccable. The staff were both enthusiastic and thoughtful. The dining options were also very much to my liking, and the local specialty dishes were prepared authentically. The most pleasant surprise was the complimentary ******* costumes available for guests – perfect for taking amazing photos! Overall, the experience was absolutely outstanding. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Yading!

I can't recommend this hotel enough! The prompt pick-up service after booking was a lifesaver, saving us the hassle of navigating. The most satisfying aspect was that all rooms offer direct, stunning views of Mount Xiannairi. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning truly uplifted our spirits. The food was delicious; fresh ingredients prepared exactly to our taste. The staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. The barley field in the courtyard was a unique and charming touch. The lobby was very comfortably furnished, with a fireplace that added a wonderful cozy ambiance. The self-service laundry room was also very practical. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This hotel is an absolute hidden gem I found on Ctrip! The convenient shuttle service made our journey so much easier and more relaxing. Every room boasts incredible, breathtaking views of Xiannairi Snow Mountain – the scenery is so stunning that every casual photo turns out like a professional shot. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the authentic home-style dishes, which were incredibly comforting. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided meticulous service. The highland barley field in the small courtyard adds a wonderful touch of local charm. The lobby facilities are excellent, and the fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The self-service laundry room is clean and well-maintained. It was an absolute delight to stay here!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room's location was also superb, and you could even enjoy views of snow-capped mountains while soaking in the tub. We were lucky with the weather during our stay; it was perfect, and we even got to see a sky full of stars at night. The Matsutake mushroom chicken soup was also delightful. Highly recommended! We'll definitely choose this place again if we return to Yading.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the view from the window is even more stunning. You get breathtaking mountain views directly from both the restaurant and the rooms. The boardwalk across from the hotel offers an even closer experience with Xiannairi Peak, and the views are simply mesmerizing – you can't get enough of them. The lady at the front desk was also incredibly helpful and kind. She patiently gave honest and practical advice regarding the time and difficulty of both the long and short hiking trails. What's more, after I got caught in the rain, she even helped prepare some ginger tea for me. P.S.: Remember to turn on the whole-house oxygen supply system before you sleep; it genuinely makes a big difference.

The hotel is very beautiful and you can feel luxury here The mountains view is right from the balcony. Everything is perfect. Though the room is very beautifu beyond my expectations l but the most impression for me is Yzong, a young enthusiastic lady who is everything for customers. Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help. Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇 The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more. I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. The best hotel and the best attitude of staff here from ally travelling life. Note: there's oxygen generator in the room, and the hotel has trekking poles, you can borrow.

I can’t say enough good things about our time in Yading and this hotel. The location is ideal right inside the reserve with the shuttle station right outside the door. The rooms have beautiful views, the showers are luxurious, and they’re all equiped with oxygen if needed. Not only were the rooms great but the service was as well with the owner going above and beyond, organising airport transfers, having complimentary fresh fruit and snacks after our hikes, and regaling us with great travel stories. The food is absolutely top notch and the coffee was outstanding. Really hope I get to come back here some day. Thank you for everything!

This hotel is beautifully located and well appointed. It is in the scenic area so it can be rather difficult to get in and out, but once you are in, it’s the perfect location for exploring the nature preserve. The service was outstanding—our concierge was extremely helpful in arranging the complicated travel logistics and in providing guidance and service throughout. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful accommodation- beautiful views and great inside architecture and style to make if cozy. The bus station 3 was right across the street to get to the Yading park (15min away which was ideal). The food was also good and enjoyable. All assistance was great at the hotel - arranging a taxi for an early morning flight. The room was super comfortable and with again amazing views. The owner,Steve, was also very helpful and gave is some nice tips. He also does more scenic and private hiking tours if you are interested. We highly recommend this place. A very good price for what you get.

I had a wonderful stay at ZenView Yading! The host is incredibly kind and speaks excellent English — which was such a relief for a non-Chinese speaker like me. It made communication easy and the whole experience so much more comfortable. The location is unbeatable: it’s inside Yading National Park itself. On clear mornings, I could watch the breathtaking alpine glow right from my bedroom window — a truly magical sight without even needing to step outside. Another huge plus is that staying here allows you to start your hikes earlier and stay out later than those who have to travel from Riwa or Shangri-La Town near the park gate. It not only saves time but also transportation costs in and out of the park. The room was warm, cozy, and perfect after long days exploring the park. If you’re planning a trip to Yading and want a convenient, beautiful place to stay, ZenView Yading is absolutely the way to go!
