Good location Simple breakfst Just right the price it's better if there is free parking😊

The receptionist was kind. It was raining but they lent me an umbrella. There were towels at the entrance to dry off rain-soaked clothes.

Despite the late check-in, they were accommodating. The amenities were minimal, but it was clean and perfect for a simple overnight stay!

You can see Mount Fuji from the window of the room. Although it is a bit far from Shizuoka Station, it is suitable to stay here if you want to visit Chibi Maruko-chan.

The location is a little far from the downtown area, but it's within walking distance so it's not a problem.

Everything is perfect, just missing the air conditioning which currently only heats :/

I was traveling alone and had a comfortable stay. The interior was also clean and well organized. I booked a non-smoking room. Maybe it was a mistake and I changed it to a smoking room. I had a reservation, but they changed it quickly. I was satisfied with the quick processing.

The room and equipment were clean and very nice. This time, I was on a business trip, but also in my private life. I want to use it♪

The response from the employees was very good. The only drink in the room was tea, it would have been better if there was coffee - I was a little disappointed. The room was clean and the bed was hard and comfortable to sleep in.

Even when I checked in late, I was treated with courtesy without showing a bad face. Since I traveled from Hokkaido, I don't have many opportunities to go there, but I would like to use it again when I go nearby.
