提前幾天就預訂了這家的高級大床房，結果入住當天店家就給我打電話説此房型的住客要續住，不願意退房，跟我們商量能否降房型，説給我們補償兩小時免費延遲退房或者以後再住減免50元。我回復是不同意，第一：我提前預訂就是為了住高級房型，多花的這點錢不就是為了舒服嗎？且我提前預訂的優先級本就該高於續住，説一句人家不願意退房就該要求我改房型麼？第二：給我的補償裏，我本來就有會員可以延遲倆小時，但是正好過期了這次也就要充會員的；第二個補償是減免五十，我覺得出來玩就是享受當下，如果我貪這個五十的減免，那我可能未來不住但為了這五十的減免要再花住一晚的錢，這對我來説不算補償。基於以上，我很堅決地回覆不同意。繼倆人跟我商量無果後，後續也沒再打電話要求我換房了，所以那天我也是成功入住了我本來定的房型。因為這家店我住過很多次，知道可以去天台取免費停車券，於是我們走的時候要了一張，後來我們收到消息説按金扣了10元，顯示消費了個小食套餐，我們沒有在裏面吃任何東西，於是找管家詢問，被告知停車券收費10元，還是幾個月前就開始的事情，問原因説是有別的外來客人要券。
那麼我想問了：
1. 停車券收費這件事，沒有提前告知過我們，在尋要的時候也沒有人在當下告知我們需要收費，那麼這算不算隱瞞消費者？
2. 外來客人要券，你們可以向外來客人收取費用，與我們入住的客人有什麼關係？
3. 收費明細顯示小食套餐，結果收的是停車券費，明細不清不楚，又是欺瞞消費者
4. 説點其它：隔音效果巨差，我們住的323房間，花灑的固定架子還是壞的
基於以上，以後是絕對不會再住了，真有點噁心人。

説實話要不是當天下雨真的會換一家酒店住，辦入住的時候就和前台説了，要一間有外窗的房間，前台説現在沒有要等，為了住的舒服等了有二十分鐘，結果上去後一看，是有窗户，打不開，打電話給前台説可以換房嗎，前台説可以換房但要等，問他等多久他説不一定，當時就可無語了。也住過其他的電競酒店，這一家是體驗感最差的
