Shanghai Homestays

We were really happy with this extremely affordable hotel near Shanghai Disney. Fast and regular shuttles to and from the park are easy to use. Don't forget to join the wechat shuttle group so that you can see where they will be meeting guests. The hotel generously gave extra towels and water. The location though near to Disney is off a rural one way street. Keep in mind there are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby (unless you walk 40 mins to disney town)

This is a fantastic hotel for a great price for Disney. There is not much around but a quick didi ride and you are at malls or Disneyland. The breakfast here was amazing and filling. A bathtub after Disney a great way to relax your tired legs. 1 night included transport to Disney. A kids playground kept my 2 happy on checkout date. We are from Australia and we loved the beds and space and the breakfast, so good. The pool had no water but no impact to us. We would stay here again. Thanks

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to disneyland and it had a swimming pool, but unfortunately when we arrived there the swimming pool ass very dirty and wasn't able to use it. The rooms were very nice and modern but not clean, we found a cigarette behind the bathroom door, a dirty tissue next to the bath and a dead insect behind the toilet. The hotel provides a free bus to disneyland and back which is great because it's very difficult to get a taxi and the lady at reception was very helpful and professional. The swimming must be cleaned for the guest to use or the guest must be notified in advance and the bedrooms must be cleaner

The owner's care can be felt from the layout and decoration design. There is a super large lakeside terrace outside the room with a great view. You can sit and read a book and be in a daze, and relax and be free. The children climb up and down in the room, and have their own fun. It is safe. Unlike other parent-child rooms, this is really like installing a big paradise in the room. And most importantly, there are no other naughty children. The safety is also in place, and it is really reassuring. My wife is particularly concerned about safety. The bed in the hotel is always afraid that the child will fall off. This upstairs is similar to tatami, and there is no fall. We are very relieved, and the children fall asleep beautifully with the starry sky. The floor is very high, the air conditioner is below, and there is a ceiling fan on the top. It is a little hot upstairs, but it also eliminates the worry that the child will kick the quilt and blow the air conditioner and get cold. The fried dumplings made by the boss for breakfast the next morning are also a must. Usually I chase them to feed them, but today I chased them and asked for two more. There is also a newly developed small yard next to the large yard on the first floor. The children catch chickens and dig vegetables. The boss said that they can dig eggplants and take them home to eat. It's really green. But we don't know how to cook, so we didn't dig them back. The boss is friendly and like a friend, and he also planned a cycling route for us. Treasure homestay. My wife said she must come again next time.

Facilities: It is indeed old, but the price is relatively cheap, so it is acceptable. I am willing to consider staying here again. Hygiene: Not very good, the cleaning is not thorough, but it basically meets your needs. Service: The service score is relatively high because the front desk reception and breakfast supply are relatively good, the attitude is good, the people are easy to talk to, and they are negotiable.

Qimiao is unexpectedly good! The yard and the room are very clean, the service is also very good, I feel very comfortable and cozy, there are dogs and cats with super good personalities, and they can pick me up from Disney for free. I left something at the B&B after I checked out, and the staff helped me send it back. The only slight shortcoming is that the projector is not very clear. In short, I am very happy! I will stay here again next time!!!

The hotel is in a very good location, in a quiet place in the bustling Qibao Old Street. The room is clean, tidy, spacious and bright. Sitting on the balcony, looking up at the planes flying by and looking down at the small bridges and flowing water, it is comfortable and cozy. During the day, strolling in the old street, tasting various snacks, sitting in the teahouse by the river at night, tasting a pot of tea, and enjoying the lights and water shadows

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic stay! The reception is staffed 24/7 and the staff there were very friendly and attentive. When we arrived, they helped us with our luggage and the check in process went smoothly even though we’re foreigners. We chose the loft after looking at the photos on trip.com and were really happy to see that the room was exactly like in the photos. The room was clean, comfortable and well heated during winter time. The staff added us on WeChat for us to ask any questions, request services and used this to communicate shuttle pick up times for Disneyland. This made for an easy shuttle service, and the shuttle itself was comfortable and took 10 minutes. Unfortunately we’re not breakfast people, but a buffet breakfast was included and dinner options were available for after Disneyland. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Next time we come back for Disneyland we will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful guesthouse. I'd a great stay and would recommend this place to solo travelers or families who are planning on visiting Disney or Shanghai Village with all the Outlets, It's conveniently close. The service was great, although they didn't speak English, we communicated over wechat. They ordered a ride for me to Disney and they asked if I want to order dinner. Really good and friendly service.

We booked this hotel because it is only 4km from Disneyland and from the picture the room does look pretty and it was so affordable! So here's the outcome: - They do provide shuttle bus to Disneyland but only at 8.20am (we missed it as we arrived later, but you may still use Didi to go to Disneyland) - They also provide shuttle bus BACK from Disneyland which was very thoughtful (10pm/10.50pm) because I don't think anyone is able to get a Didi when thousands of people exiting Disneyland at the same time. - The room, was a bit worn off compared to the pictures shown. Some plugs might not work properly, some parts were rusted, but overall it did not affect too much of my experience (given that affordable price!) - I thought the cleanliness of the room could be better as when I opened their toothbrush box, there was a layer of dust (maybe it was vacant for a long time). - The staffs were very helpful and even provided us additional shower facility before we headed to airport although we had already checked out. -
