All good except for: lifts (only 2 working to room, only one to parking) Parking - quite limited. Unless use valet parking (rm28 per entry) Aircond not so cold

For a short trip this is a quite ok experience. The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful. It is hard to contact them by trip free call, but they reply my mail inquiry within decent time. Breakfast was ok and for this price i think it is worth the money. Location also is very nice, direct view to blue mosque and located next to a small shopping center. Very convenient.

Its not my first time staying at the Concorde Shah Alam. Every year during ramadan i will come here and stay for one night. Basically i got the room that i want with the view of the mosque. Our room is near the elevator. The room was tad small but still good. The sahur food was good too. The check in and check out also smooth. Before this the parking was not charge but this time around after they changed the system we were charge RM3 after we checkout. Kinda weird coz we are the guest. So its no longer free parking even for the guest.

Delighted by the diverse buffet offerings, especially the cakes, which truly stand out. While the nasi lemak didn't quite deliver the 'wow' factor, the experience was elevated by securing connecting rooms and a bathtub, all for just MYR200+ per room. Service from the staff was average, so manage your expectations. If I return, it will be primarily for the delectable food.

Nice hotel with good location and beautiful view. Room is big and clean with comfortable bed. Hotel a bit old, needs renovation.

Great location and customer service provide by the staffs. The foods was very tasty too. I got a beautiful views from my room. Also, very fast checkout! I will choose this hotel if i travel to Shah Alam.

I found the room to be quite average. The style felt outdated, and the cabinets appeared old and worn out. There's definitely a need for significant improvements in these areas. The breakfast offered was also fairly average, possibly due to the large crowd during my stay.

Everything was ok except that particular date 2 lifts was under service and packed with wedding guests. We used staircase carrying our luggage from roof top carpark to lobby.

Concorde is a solid choice for a stay in ShahAlam. The hotel's facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. We found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating, always ready with a smile and willing to help. The overall experience outside of breakfast was excellent, providing everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The spread was quite limited, and we were hoping for more variety. While it sufficed, it didn't really stand out compared to other aspects of our stay. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel, Concorde is a great option. Just manage your expectations for breakfast, as it's not their strongest suit.
