Hotel was newly furnished and clean. Friendly service people with good food and view. Only Downstairs at the ground floor was not looking as hotel lobby , bit surprised and then found out it was at the roof floor.

This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked two rooms in advance for a group trip, but upon arrival, we were suddenly informed that our rooms were “not available” due to a so-called issue. Instead, the staff arranged to move us to a different hotel. What deeply shocked us was that shortly after we were turned away, a group of white guests was allowed to check in with no issue. The explanation given was that they had previously checked in, but we strongly suspect racial discrimination, as our group of Asian travelers was treated completely differently. We were forced to leave the property in the middle of the night and move to a substitute hotel with much lower standards—dirty bedding, poor soundproofing, loud air conditioning, and an overall uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. It was difficult to sleep, and one of us even had nightmares from the stress and noise. Although the hotel eventually apologized and helped booked another hotel, but the quality is totally like staying in hell and the whole process in unacceptable , they took no real responsibility for the ordeal they caused—no support, no coverage of the additional costs we had to bear, and no compensation for the disruption and distress we experienced. This was not just a service failure—it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers from diverse backgrounds. 很誇張的飯店，會超賣房間並且挑客人，把客人通通送到低等的破舊旅社去，Google reviews 上有超級多負評，幾乎每天都有人被這樣糟蹋，他們絕對會下地獄！他們的神不會原諒他們的！

Quite possibly one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, stylish and most importantly incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The view from our room (121) was sensational.

The hotel was simple but had everything we needed. I felt it was very cost-effective. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly.

I had a pretty decent view of the pyramids from my room, as you can see. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, some of the pillows were the orthopaedic type ones, and the hot water always worked in the bathroom. The on site restaurant was a great place to relax with plenty of outdoor seating. They had a selection of international style dishes and decent coffee and shisha. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and the hotel generally exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is very new and has good service with welcoming drinks. The room is large and clean. The rooftop outside can see a great view of the pyramids. As we needed to leave early in the morning for the tour, the hotel prepared take away breakfast box for us. We enjoyed the stay in hotel.

Nice pyramid view from the hotel! And the room is nice too for its price! Though it is a little far from the city centre, the service is 💯! They allowed me to store my luggage and take a bathe for free after checking out which was soooo nice😭😭😭 And their breakfast was nice toooooo! Would 100percent recommend this place!

A good hotel with a nice view of Pyramids. The staffs are so friendly. The breakfast is good with the view. The rooms are super clean.

Hotel was overbooked at our arrival at 2am after our flight. It took more than one hour to transfer us to an other hotel. The view was very nice but the rest was awful.

The best breakfast is American, which has fried eggs, vegetables, bread and sausages. French is a big croissant hahahahahahahaha

The room is very large, very good, and the staff is very enthusiastic. Ms. Marina is very enthusiastic and professional, and she arranged a very good room for us. She was very happy to stay in sprie west Hotel for a few days. The room and restaurant can directly see the pyramids. There are American and French breakfast options in the restaurant. If we come to Egypt next time, we will choose sprie west hotel. Thanks to Ms. Marina and other staff for their excellent service.

We checked out at 4am, but they gave us a wrapped breakfast to take with us. The hotel restaurant included a service charge, which was a little pricey, but the hibiscus tea was delicious. The bathrooms were clean, too. There were two bottles of water in the room. The north entrance to the pyramids near the hotel was closed, so we could only enter from the Sphinx side. Both entrances were within walking distance. You could buy anything you want at the nearby supermarket, Carrefour, which was convenient.
