Such a beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. Everything felt so lush and we felt so pampered. The bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and delicious. The kind lady who works at the tea shop downstairs let us sample some lao bai cha. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

It’s a quiet beautiful hotel conveniently located at the old town. The non-smoking room is modern with Japanese toilet/bidet with adequate heating. Good wifi. Wide spread of breakfast. Service is good. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and the kitchen prepared longevity noodles for the birthday girl. Nice spacious environment, too. Check in & check out is fast. Highly recommendable hotel.

Prefect location right in the middle of all the action :)

Excellent location, big rooms, very clean. The best part of the hotel is the location inside the Dali Ancient Town, just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the old town. This is convenient if you are renting a car or taking cabs to get around Dali, as cars are not allowed inside the ancient town most of the time. The hotel has great views of the mountain and has a very modern look and feel. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

The toilet without a door. I don't like this idea.

Located directly in the Dali old city. The room is quite big and equipment good. I choose this hotel also because they have a heating so we feel warm and comfy in the room with the kids. Breakfasts were also good, have some western food also. The staff were very kind and polite. Will come back again on the summer time.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. At first there were some isuues with the wifi, TV and safety deposit box, but as I mentioned them to the hotel, they immediately took care of them. As the hotel is in Dali Ancient Town and cars are not allowed inside, they offer a service to help you with you luggage to/from the city gate. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which consists mainly of Chinese dishes, cereals, pastries, butter, jam and coffee/tea. The pool is not heated, so during winter is not very convenient to have a bath.

Hotel facilities were great. The hotel is within the city walls, a little difficult to get to. But if you ring ahead they will come to the gates and pick up your luggage. The view out of our room window was excellent. I enjoyed the tea set experience in the room and downstairs at reception.

For foreigners the check in process was fairly straightforward. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff were super nice and friendly especially the front desk staff who helped us with questions and the chef at breakfast who went out of his way to get me sauce for noodles. Overall I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience and it was all matter of the staff. I want to mention Joy who took care of us since the arrival with pick up at the parking lot, then helping with cpr test in hospital, and any kind of assistance we could ever need. Definitely exceptional. Breakfast and gym are the only things I would improve but I wish I could have stayed for many more days!

The hotel is located in the center of Dali Ancient City, with a superior geographical location. It has its own underground parking garage, which is very convenient for parking. It takes two or three minutes to get to the bar street of the ancient city and 5 minutes to walk to Wuhua Building in the center of the ancient city. The hotel staff is enthusiastic, skilled in business, and has a strong sense of responsibility. The lobby staff is very enthusiastic and serious in their work. The room is spacious, clean and sanitary, and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich.

The nearly 2,000 yuan Yueshan View Room neither bought the view nor the service. First of all, let's talk about the view. I thought it was a quiet place to enjoy the mountain view in the bustling city. As a result, the terrace is right under Boai Road, which is the only road in Dali Ancient City that can be used by motor vehicles. You can imagine how noisy it is. There is no privacy. Any passerby can see the room when they look up. The street is still very busy at night. People with poor sleep really suffer here. Secondly, let's talk about the service. The room we booked includes two breakfasts. Whether it is the paper sign in the hotel room or the policy on Ctrip, it is stated that the breakfast time ends at 10:30. As a result, when we went to have breakfast at 10:05, we were told that the stall had been closed. There were still some dishes that were not collected and we could take some to eat. It was very outrageous. Breakfast was not provided during the specified breakfast time. I don't know why it is rated so high on Ctrip.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of the ancient city of Dali. It is also very comfortable to stay. The rooftop can also overlook the ancient city of Dali, Erhai Lake and Cangshan Mountain. It was a pleasant and comfortable night.

The hotel service is warm and the bed is very comfortable. The cross-bridge rice noodles for breakfast are very unique. Honglongjing Hotel has added a lot to my pleasant trip to Dali. Thank you for your sincere service!
