Great Hotel has an Excellent sand beach lot of pools and the food is taste good but need to be more varaities..also the room was clean.

The staff are not friendly. We had a bad experience when we arrived because they charged us about$ 115 extra than our reservation by trip.com. So I don't recommend this hotel!

The pools and beach were very nice and clean. Food was okay! Not much variety and repetitive. AC in the lobby was never working We were only given one room key!

The room has been vacant for too long, the facilities are not up to standard, the toilet and shower door are broken, and the towels are too old and look unclean. The service is a mess. There is a bar next to it, and the subwoofer is on until 1am every day. Complaints are not resolved, and the attitude is extremely bad. I didn't sleep much for three days. It is recommended to blacklist and never recommend on the platform.

Facilities: The room is average, what can I say, the bed is not as good as a 100 yuan homestay, it needs to be improved. Service: OK, a little far from the city, overall good Environment: Very good, the swimming pool is big, the children like it Hygiene: OK, all-inclusive meals, relatively cost-effective

We are currently on our last day The Hotel is excellent and the staff are absolutely phenomenal Always going out of there way to make it special A special mention must go to the Entertainment team especially Marcel who has made our holiday extra special Also our cleaner who has done a fantastic job we are in room 1364 The only reason I haven’t give this 5 star is the Hotel next door which we were told we can use will not let you purchase a drink which I find strange Other than that no issues

We are here 4th time and we are very satisfied. We like foods (breakast, lunch, dinner) very friendly staff from housekeeping, clean room, clean pool and beach, good restaurants,variety choice of foods, fruits, cakes, perfect coffee bar, beach bar and terrace bar in evening, nice animators- “Turbo” and Nastia, and shows. Special thanks to waitress Akram for his kindly care. Anyway, we really appreciate how nice, friendly staff are in Labranda Royal. Everytime when we come back here, we see that service is higher and higher. We wish all the best to Labranda Royal team. We are gratefull to all of you for unforgetable moments and wonderfull holiday.

It was a fantastic leasure trip, my overall experience was perfect, you can feel the hospitality and profisional spirit wherever you go starting from reception, house keeping, F&B team, animation team. The room was in a very good condition and very clean, every day you can find a variety of tasty food and desert, the house keeping doing their job perfect, the hotel staff always smile and helpful, the beach and pools were very nice and a lot of beach's activities available. All facilities and amenities available. No need to go out of resort.

Fantastic stay in this resort, the staff are amazing, especially the animation team who are so happy all day and night. Massive thank you to Ali at the pool bar who looked after us all week. Rooms are clean and tidied everyday. The food and drinks are good, not so good at the bar in the night but during the day you can’t fault. Thank you for a great week

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Immaculate gardens with clean rooms. Nice clean beach. Breakfast wasn’t to my liking. More designed towards Eastern Europeans. Lunch and dinner was very good though. Plenty of speciality restaurants on site. 2 nights free in any of these. My own personal downside was the air conditioning wasn’t very efficient. Also the worst part of the hotel was the shops who vastly overcharged on everything even the taxis cost 5 times the price then if you downloaded the local app which is very good. It’s called inDrive. Or alternatively you could use uber for a little bit more. Stop at a shop or service station before you arrive to stock up on everything you need at a fraction of the cost. I would stay at this hotel again. And I would have given it 5 stars hadn’t it not been for the greediness of the shop owners on site. Management need to step in with this to improve customer satisfaction. Maybe get things priced up. Worsed offender was the pharmacy on site.

Hotel comfortable, clean...... gardens beautiful, food average, poor evening meal selection, cold bbq...........................Al le cart restaurants were good, beach very nice and tge staff were excellent. nothing around the hotel but desert

First visit to hurghada Lovely hotel staff excellent grounds beautiful nice pools nice beach room clean and comfortable if just a bit dated food no complaints always fresh and varied Negatives Local drinks all inclusive not very nice would have gladly paid for premium drinks but none on offer

We had a nice family time in Labranda Royal . We were satisfied with the service of the hotel. Everyone can find their needs . We loved the entertaiment program . We had a good time by the poolside the foam party was perfect . So many options for sports during the day with the entertainment team
