"The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer. I didn't like that children under 10 aren't allowed in the gym, only 16 and up, and it's kind of absurd that bowling and billiards require a fee. Everything else is good so far. We'll extend our stay for a few more days and see."

"Hello, We were truly very pleased with the outstanding attention, professionalism, and high-level service provided by Ms. Esma, Assistant Manager Ms. Duygu, and Mr. Yusuf at the Maxx Royal Kids Club. Their approach, especially towards the children and overall guest experience, was exceptional and sincerely appreciated. Additionally, Ms. Havva and Ms. Dinara from the housekeeping team were also extremely attentive, caring, and professional. I would especially like to thank them as well. My biggest thanks goes to Pelin Çoksun from the Maxi Assistant team. Throughout the entire stay, her sense of ownership, responsiveness, communication skills, and solution-oriented attitude truly made a difference. Every team should have someone like her. In my opinion, she should be considered a role model for other departments as well. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our experience so enjoyable."

"We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this hotel in August 2025 and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay even more enjoyable. My two boys had an amazing time with the two on-site water parks and slides and at that age that’s all they want – they were the highlight of the holiday and kept them entertained every day. Although the food was a little repetitive, it was always fresh, good quality, and there was plenty of choice. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. A special thank you and big shout-out to the fantastic front desk managers: * Ali Sefa * Selim * Husrev * Firuze P Their excellent customer service and warm welcome really made a difference to our stay. We also tried all of the water sports activities, and they were absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Cuma and the whole I Water Sports team for making the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly destination. We will definitely be returning this year in August 2026 and just sorting out the booking."

"Second visit to this hotel, our first visit was two years ago, pre refurbishment, it was beautiful then, now after the reverb it has a lovely modern feel without loosing the character of being surrounded by lovely gardens. Great beachside location and short walk into town with plenty shops, plus a market on a Saturday. Rooms - very clean and comfortable. We even got a welcome back bottle of wine and fruit in our room, which was a nice touch even though it’s all inclusive. Food - was excellent, plenty of choice in the buffet, the bistro was great for late breakfast, snacks and ice cream and lovely cocktails. Ate in three of the al a cart restaurants, Mediterranean - lovely outside location, excellent food and very attentive staff. Turkish - was a bit manic and disorganised, and did lack atmosphere, with one of the waitresses, who was lovely, doing most of the work, however the food was excellent. Chinese - was our favourite, the food, atmosphere and staff were all amazing. Pool areas were lovely, clean and spacious. Plenty of sun-beds around the pools no getting up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out. staff were lovely and very friendly. All in all a fantastic stay, would highly recommend and would come back again in the future. Our grandchildren loved the cats and gave them all names "

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Everything was incredibly clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully arranged. I was traveling with my child, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families. The kids club was fantastic, running from 9 AM to 11 PM, which made our stay so much more relaxing. The magic show was absolutely amazing — even I couldn’t figure out how the magician did it! There were also great activities like paddle boarding. A special thank you to Bayram Bey at reception for helping me get a room in the main building, and to Ali Rıza Bey for assisting us with the shuttle to the kids club. Their kindness made a big difference. The food was delicious, and having a heated pool was a huge bonus. We had an unforgettable holiday and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families!"

"Here atm . Arrived last night at 2am. No food was available but the guy at reception gave us a takeaway box each containing a baguette .drink , muffin and banana so was ok . Most of the staff are helpful but came across a few that weren’t that helpful and didn’t know much about local area ! Overall nice and clean hotel . Very big . Private beach area with sunbeds and umbrella.few shops on site so try and make sure you have got everything on your holiday to buy list as there’s nothing outside the hotel. Food is okay , standard all inclusive items but today surprisingly found another area we’re Mr Dinesh suprised us with Indian food. Wow must this must have been the only all inclusive hotel I have been to were I’ve seen Indian food with an Indian chef. I think the Hotel should promote this better as the food was on point !!!! Well done to Dinesh the chef !!! Overall not a bad place !!!"
