Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind. Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers. Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad.

Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Шикарный отель, хороший, вежливый и внимательный персонал. При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место. Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все исправил. Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно. Спасибо ❤️

Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. I want to share my impressions of our magical vacation at the Xanadu Resort Hotel in Belek. We have a lot to compare it to (we've traveled extensively), and I can confidently say: this was truly a heavenly, top-tier vacation. Everything was wonderful — from check-in to check-out. I'd especially like to highlight: it was spotlessly clean everywhere, the grounds are huge, green, and meticulously maintained. Thanks to this, it never felt crowded — you could always find a secluded spot for a peaceful rest. The food was a separate delight. Everything was very exquisite, the ingredients were high-quality and fresh, and there was a huge selection of dishes — from confectionery masterpieces to hot meals. The assortment was so wide that we couldn't even try 10% of it during our entire stay. In every corner of the hotel, you could feel the staff's care. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and ready to help. Special thanks to the front desk staff (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but they were very warm and professional people) — they welcomed us warmly and promptly resolved all our check-in issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and flawless vacation. We will definitely be back with the whole family, all of us!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Recently visited this hotel and the staff and service I received was amazing. The whole hotel was not open yet for the season which would have been nice to know, however I still had an amazing time.

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. However, during peak dining hours, the restaurant could become quite crowded and a bit chaotic. While the food options were good, there’s room for improvement in terms of variety over a longer stay. Hotel was excellent overall with perfectly manicured grounds and a huge multi area pool offering several options to enjoy the day. Started in Coconut suite which was wonderful and spacious. Service was friendly and efficient. Food at main restaurant was excellent. Had a fantastic time with wife and younger kids. Would return for sure!

I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!
