Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Seoul Namdaemun Reviews

This hotel does not have coin-operated laundry machines. I had to take my clothes outside the laundromat to wash. The laundromat is not close to the hotel and is difficult to find as Google Maps doesn't work well in Seoul. Finally, I had to take an Uber to the laundromat (coin washing). The location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants around. Walking distance from the hotel to Sungnyemun and Namdaemun Market.

I’ve stayed here numerous times and it is very close to the train station. I always enjoy my stay here!

Just one day staying near the Seoul station. I choose here because we had to check in late time, and just needed the place to sleep near Seoul station to go to airport. It was cheap and quite to sleep. I think here is residence hotel. Some ppl lives in here I guess. The best things is airport limousine bus stops right in front of hotel, so actually dosen’t need to go to Seoul station to get the express train.

Seems closed to station but need walk about 10min and the way is not good to walk Hotel is old not worthy for this price likes three stars hotel only

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the personalized touches throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I particularly loved the luxurious bathroom, the stunning city views.

Large clean room, close to Seoul station. Room has washing machine but no facilities to dry washing so had to find coin wash. Small kitchen no cooking equipment, plates or cutlery. Staff not very helpful but polite.

All Staffs at front desk provided good services comfortable bedding breakfast buffet is good with reasonable price

Hotel insisted that I must get a separate room for my 2 young children, as the max no. of people allowed for this room is 4A + 1C. Though we’re a family of 7 (5 children under 17), the hotel refused to accept that we can’t let our young children stay in a separate room on their own.

Ramada was a great place to stay. Lots of shops/places to eat and subway is in very close proximity to walk. Place was really clean and staff was very friendly. For a small fee, There is a breakfast buffet and a shuttle to the airport right at the front door.

It was our last two nights stay out of 21days honeymoon so I thought I'd book us nice roomy hotel room in a prime location. Should not have done that. In trip.com deluxe double (pet friendly) was the only available deluxe double option so we booked it. When we got to the hotel reception the staff member noticed we didn't have any dogs or cats. So I told them we don't have any pets with us but booked the room anyway as it was deluxe double with big nice shower and separate toilet (at least in the photo it seemed like). I also told them I don't mind if they want to put us in a different room then the pet friendly(we have 3 cats and 2 rabbits of our own back home so whether or not it was pet friendly did not matter). We ended up assigned to a longer term residence room, as it had a fridge with separate proper freezer and a washing machine. What bugged me the most was that the shower was so tiny within a tiny bath tub and toilet was right next to the bath/shower. The photos of the deluxe room and the room we were assigned did not match so I rang the front desk and explained the situation and asked. The answer I got was simple 'the room you're in is deluxe double'. No further explanations as to why the toilet is not separate as seen in photo, why is there a bath/shower instead of a big wide shower screen or the room is different to the photo. I swear I took the photos but it's gone for some weird reason🫤 but oh boy after that the entire stay was just a disappointment. Not coming back ever. Good on those who find this hotel delightful but if things go wrong oh boy they're not willing to help.
