Easy check out and check in. The hotel was very clean and close to shops for food and University of Glasgow. Breakfast was standard and the kitchen made me the type of eggs I wanted. The room was clean though the shower cubicle was too small. The room temperature was comfortable for us. The hotel staff Lulu was very helpful, he allowed us to keep our luggages past check out time. All in all a good experience

The location of hotel is amazing, 1 min to byres road, where there are supermarkets, eateries and such.

Service: The front desk guy has a very good service attitude Hygiene: Clean and tidy without any odor Facilities: No elevator, small spiral staircase, it is not convenient to get big luggage up and down, big points deducted Environment: First of all, the location is OK, very close to the botanical garden, there are also food and supermarkets nearby

Horrible, terrible, miserable, avoid this kind of garbage

Although the single room is small, it is worth the price and is enough for rest.
