The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The location is perfect, right next to the subway station and mall is just downstairs. The room is definitely outdated and no where near other 5 star hotels but the view of the harbour was beautiful. I didn’t have breakfast here because I like to eat locally when I travel, so can’t comment on that.

Best location and upgrade room

Beautiful room size and bed size for the city like HK! The facility, the service… all reach five star standard. The shower is amazing! I’m very satisfied.

Location Location Location!!! Very good location and super convenient for shopping, dining and transportation. Will be back for our next trip.

For deposit, first they said they need 4000HKD , then i show them i dont have cash, only 2500HKD, only debit card. Then i change to 3000HKD then moved to 2000HKD. I showed them what on the trip.com website said 1000HKD need for deposit per a room via cash or credit card, but they still said not per a room, it’s per a nigjht. It’s so confusing for tourist like me.

Hotel was clean and at a good location, but staff was not too friendly and quite impolite. Very close to ltr station so it was convenient.

Let’s do direct review: Location without any doubt at best (5/5). Staffs: 5/5. Breakfast: 5/5 (you can also refer to pic). Room size (small compared to what you pay, 4/5). Bathroom (5/5, considering room size). What they can do better: of course you can’t change room size, but you can upgrade it to modern room. Mattresses and pillow qualities (3/5) can be improved (it’s not up to standard of 5-star hotel). They should consider providing coffee machine in the room, not just kettles to prepare hot water to make coffee.

Very good locations and good spot

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Very convenient. Hotel service was excellent , the room and the premises were good. Good upkeep of the hotel room & premises. The only thing uncomfortable was the hallways were not cooled , elevator is hot. i like the glass bottle mineral water provided.

We love the coziness and comfort of this hotel… the room and facilities are great, clean . The staff are very friendly and are always around to assist. This hotel also has a great location to the Tsim Sha Tsui mtr which is convenient for tourists to take the mtr to anywhere they want. We are very happy to have made Hyatt our choice this time to HK!

We love both the location and the product and have already stayed at the hotel a number of times. This stay , We were somehow put off by the cold and indifferent welcome we received. We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over a number of years ( the last time being last December ) This time we checked in for a 7 nights stay, which will be followed a week later by another 7 nights stay. To summarize : no welcome back greeting from front desk, no card in the room, not even a couple of piece of fruits . The only concern being my credit card details …. It makes you wonder if your business and loyalty are valued at all. Isn’t this supposed to be hospitality 101 ???

Great location, short walk to the MTR though unsheltered. Friendly staff who helped with messaging Uber for exact pickup location. Decent size room.

Friendly staff , convenient location to shopping , food and sightseeing ! They prove baby cot and baby bottle warmer and sterilizer as well , very thoughtful!
