Location, service and facility were nice. Got free upgrade so was able to see namsan tower from the room. 3rd floor can get free nespresso coffee was also nice.

Friendly staff, everyone spoke English and was super kind and helpful. Right in front of subway and airport shuttle. Directly opposite Daiso. Can not fault!!!!

Location was excellent, within walking distance to myeongdong’s shopping street. Staff was efficient, hotel was fairly new. Great stay!

Hotel in a very good location, in myeongdong. Good view of Seoul tower. Near to train station. If only the train station exit is with lift access, it will be even better. Staff were friendly and helpful! Recommended!

Hotel is close to Myeongdong station exit 9 and very convenient to take airport shuttle bus 6001/6015. It is located on Myeongdong which has lots of shops and restaurants. You can also have a cup of free coffee everyday on the 3rd floor. Highly recommended for tourists to stay in Seoul.

The hotel provide free coffee in the lobby, just bring down our own cup in the room. The housekeeper was good and Greet me whenever I saw them. I will come back the hotel and stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very nice also. The hotel is also very close to the airport limousine bus. And near the shopping areas in Myeongdong! We would definitely stay there again!

Booked and stayed here with friends and they arranged side by side rooms. Great service too! Room was clean too. Had water dispenser right outside. Hotel also gave out some lotte duty free vouchers. Do grab them!! We managed to get some discounts and free coffee.

Over rated. Service is above average and location is unbeatable. Unfortunate the room is very small and the toilet is barely for you to turn around only.  For the price I think acceptable but more choices nearby. Do not go there by bus from airport. It is the last stop in Myeondong which takes you 30min more to arrive.

Very good service. Good location and clean room. Foot spa was excellent. Restaurant at rooftop served very delicious Korean beef steak.

Perfect distance from Myeongdong street! Highly recommend!!

The location is extremely convenient, around the busy shopping streets of Myeondong. Hotel is clean and modern.
