"We booked this hotel in advance based on a recommendation for July 2026. With a promo code, the price was very good. We opted for breakfast since we planned to visit all the sights in Kas. The hotel has its own beach, parking, and a restaurant. The biggest plus is the fantastic beach right on the waterfront. There are restrooms/showers with changing rooms available, and it's close to the main road. They also have separate pools for adults and children. The buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet breakfast was pretty standard, like most places (we only had breakfast included). The beach officially opens at 10:00 AM, but the staff always set up umbrellas early, so there were never any issues with sunbeds or anything else. They provide towels, and you can order food/drinks to your room and pay later or upon checkout. The rooms are small but have all the necessary amenities, including a safe. Housekeeping is done by request – just hang the sign. The hotel's location on the peninsula creates a quiet, secluded atmosphere. If you walk up to the main road, you can catch dolmuş (minibusses) to Kas center. The administrator kindly provided the bus schedule. I have to commend the administrators – they were polite and friendly. I arrived without any small change, and they even lent me Turkish Lira because the minibusses only accept local currency! 😂 We'll definitely be back again! 🫶🏻"

"Отель находится в конце полуострова, каждые 30минут ходят маршрутки из центра Каша до отеля, от автобусной остановки идти 8минут до отеля. Отель с уютной территорией, хорошим ремонтом, есть номера стандартные, есть номера под хостел. На крыше бассейн и вечерами до 22 часов играет диджей, там же есть бар с закусками, цены нормальные. Утром на крыше подают вкусный завтрак. Есть общая кухня и общая комната отдыха. Я останавливалась на 1 ночь в женском номере хостела для 10 человек. Все кровати за шторками. К каждой кровати есть шкафчик, который можно закрыть на свой замок, если у вас он имеется. Дешевая цена отеля. Рекомендую."

"I liked the hotel's location. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and even less to the promenade and Old Town. They have a few private parking spots, which is a big plus because parking in Kas is a nightmare. It's best to leave your car and walk everywhere, including to the beaches. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, and breakfast was standard, but served on the rooftop with amazing views of the city. We went up there in the evening, and the night views of Kas twinkling with lights were captivating. However, the staff only appeared at 10:45 AM to remind us about the 11:00 AM check-out. By the way, this is the earliest check-out time we've encountered in all the hotels we've stayed at in Turkey. Usually, it's after 12:00 PM. Here, they'll warn you at 10:45 AM, so be ready to leave the hotel no later than 11:00 AM. Meanwhile, check-in is after 2:00 PM. Next time, I'll look for a different hotel."

"The hotel is great. The grounds are very beautiful and quiet, it's surprising that even though there were many guests (and cars), we hardly ever ran into them, except at breakfast. The rooms are clean and were tidied daily. There's a balcony and a fantastic, large shower room! Breakfast was just good (average); for example, breakfasts in Istanbul hotels were more varied. I missed having sweet breakfast options. But overall, there was enough of everything. The biggest plus is the PRIVATE BEACH. It's magnificent. It's a bit further from the hotel, about a 10-15 minute walk. There aren't as many stairs as everyone writes in reviews, it's very comfortable! We went by car, but there's a shuttle from the hotel to the beach every hour. Tip: Go to the beach on foot earlier than everyone else to grab the best sun loungers! A MINUS. Well, not really a minus... it's just that it seemed like everywhere on Instagram it said that private pools were included with every room, but unfortunately, that's not the case. Pay attention to this! But there is a communal pool, also in some distant location. We never made it there because all our attention was taken by THE BEACH :) The staff were fine. The hotel's location isn't in the city center, which I see as a plus. But it would be a bit difficult without a car."

"This guesthouse is perched high above Kas, offering stunning views of the entire town. The owner was incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage up the slope. It's just a few minutes' walk to the town center and the harbor. The room was well-equipped, with laundry and cooking facilities available. Even on the ground floor, the room was spotless and completely bug-free. Kas is truly beautiful and worth staying for several days, making it perfect for a family vacation."

"This is going to be an honest review. First, the positives: I liked the hotel; it's newly renovated, the room is large and spacious, all amenities are provided, and the view from the windows is beautiful. The breakfasts are okay, nothing special, but you won't go hungry, and the cleaning is good. However, the hotel does have its drawbacks. The central location is nice, so everything is close, but the city's nightlife doesn't allow for a good rest. The music is blaring every night, and even the good windows don't help. The pillows are a whole other story. When reading reviews of this hotel before booking, I often came across guests complaining about the high, hard pillows being very uncomfortable. I think this is a trifle, but we ended up sleeping without them for the entire stay. To say they're so uncomfortable you could break your neck is putting it mildly. Hoteliers, please pay attention to the reviews, change the pillows, or at least provide an alternative. You have four pillows for two guests, and they're all made of stone. In conclusion, we can say that the hotel is good, if you take a room on the other side without a view, it will be quieter, but the view is not the same."

"Excellent service! The reception is located on an adjacent street, so you need to go there first to get the key card for the apartment. The apartment staff were always reachable via the Trip.com chat. You can leave your luggage with them before or after check-in. Airport transfers can also be arranged. We stayed in a room on the top floor. The room was a bit small and a little worn. The bathroom door was a bit awkwardly placed, but it wasn't a major issue. It was clean, and slippers, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap for the first day were provided. There's a clothes drying rack on the balcony. The plumbing was in excellent condition, though there was a small amount of mold in the shower. We didn't use the jacuzzi. There's a clean swimming pool, but we didn't use that either. There are cafes nearby. The large balcony and the view from it were simply wonderful. You could hear music from the city's restaurants in the evenings. The mosque's early morning call to prayer only woke us up for a couple of days; we didn't wake up to it on other days. Getting around by car or scooter is no problem, and it's also not far from the city center on foot – about a 10-minute downhill walk. The incline is steep, but if you take your time, you won't get tired. Near the hotel, there's a staircase leading to the lower street, so you don't have to walk around the top. The Lycian tombs in the mountain are also very close by. I'd like to thank the reception staff for their responsiveness and help. As recommendations for room 404: the bottom cover of the air conditioner needs to be fixed, the broken plate and mug should be replaced, a second water glass should be added, the floor lamp bulb needs changing, and the light fixture above the mirror should be repaired as it's missing a shade, which feels like it should be there. The walls were a bit dirty, and there were some cobwebs here and there. The shampoos had separated in texture, but we had our own."

"I will say right away that the hotel is worth its money mainly because of its location by the sea. There is no beach as such, there is a sharp descent into the sea, but the water is crystal clear. We literally returned from the popular Kaputas beach back to the hotel to swim here. Of the minuses, a long and steep descent to the sea from the hotel, and, consequently, a steep climb back. An elderly couple lived with us, who because of this went down to the sea once, but we were there every day. You can say this is also a plus, because almost every day we were alone there. A good breeze, fresh and clean sea, my wife and I swim and sunbathe alone, this is what was needed there. There is nothing to do in the hotel itself. Breakfast in the morning, then the beach and then that's it. We went to Kas itself by car every day, so I advise you to rent some kind of transport, it is physically difficult to move around on foot outside the city. Many people go on scooters, but my wife and I are more comfortable in a car. Both the city and the peninsula are located on mountainous land, with constant elevation changes, making it difficult to walk there for long periods of time, don't even think about it."
