Hotels with Breakfast in Kas

The location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk and you're in the center of Kas. I stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, with a view of the sea and the Greek island! I'm very grateful that they quickly resolved a problem I had upon check-in: it turned out my reservation on *********** hadn't been cancelled, and I'd already paid for it here. So, I had two rooms listed. 🙈 But they immediately offered me a solution: I could cancel the reservation free of charge with the hotel's approval! I was relieved; it was very nice that they were accommodating and resolved everything right away! The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, a brisk walk away, and it was convenient to take buses to Kaputas Beach, Fethiye, and Antalya. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

An all around great experience. We had a late midnight check in, but it was not a problem as the reception is available 24/7. From the moment we stepped into the area we felt like we could start relaxing after a tiring journey. The hotel feels like a mini resort, a hideaway from an otherwise busy town of Kaş, while still being 5 minute walk away from the city centre, a beach and a the main historical monument - the theatre. The room was nice and tidy. The bed was more than sufficiently sized! We had a balcony to dry our clothes after beach days. It had shampoo and a shower and all the other good stuff. Also a Jacuzzi. Where the hotel really shines is the little extras that make holidays in the area more pleasant. First there's water filter machines providing clean cold or warm water, much nicer than the bottled stuff. Secondly, the beach towel service is a major convenience. You can grab a towel on your way out at reception and drop off a wet on the way back. Lastly, the hotel provides free access to a beach area with umbrellas and chairs. In Kaş in most beaches you'll be likely paying for these so it is nice to have a free beach very nearby. Great for a relaxing afternoon beach session when you don't want to travel to the more remote famous beaches. There's also things like yoga in the mornings and coffee or tea in the afternoons at no extra charge. All the above factors contribute to being able to thoroughly relax when staying here. It would be a shame not to mention breakfast. It's a really well put together buffet menu, allowing you to get an early taste of some of the Turkish cuisine as well as the regular foods you'd expect. There was also some really great pizza! It was almost our favorite part of the day. And the views! The views! The breakfast area is on a patio with a broad open view of the whole basin. We would be staying here again if we visit Kaş in the future. Thank you for an excellent stay.

We stayed in May 2026 and really enjoyed the hotel. We arrived in Kaş very late, around midnight. Despite this, we were checked in. The room was clean; they cleaned and changed towels every day. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was spotless. A kettle, coffee, sugar, and tea were provided in the room. Soap and shampoo were provided in large dispensers. The location is excellent—no more than a 5-minute walk to the main street. The free beach is a 30-minute walk away, while the paid beach is 7-10 minutes away. Excellent views from the terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful. On the downside, the sound was very loud and the breakfast was monotonous, but you won't go hungry. The photo shows the terrace with breakfast.

Stayed for two nights, the hotel is very beautiful, retro style, breakfast can be said to be the best in the ten-day trip, you can find the back kitchen to make mushroom ohm eggs, the taste is very good. The hotel can go directly to the sea to snorkel, you can see some beautiful colored small fish, although the seabed landscape is not as good as Southeast Asia, there are no corals, but it is very satisfying to swim in such a blue sea. Especially recommended for Kash's island hopping tour, it is really the ultimate enjoyment for i people, about seven or eight people on the boat, lying under the sunshade and blowing the sea breeze, swimming in the sea for a whole day, and then using drones to see this blue sea.

This hotel must have been great once. It has a pool, but no elevator. The service is excellent. We liked the breakfast and the overall attitude. The room itself is a bit tired. Generally, they maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and furniture. The floor was a little dusty, so I had to wear slippers. The air conditioning is very old and not adjustable, making it hard to sleep comfortably at night. It's loud, but it works. For the price, it feels a bit underwhelming, even though it's one of the cheapest in this region. There's a paid beach, and the payment for Patara town is included in that. Overall, I can recommend it.

Rooms are amazing as well as spacious here and it’s almost like you have your own private pool. Breakfast is abundant and rotates daily. Staff and owners are great. Definitely need a mode of transportation to stay here or wait for the bus at top of the road. The beach is protected by the wind but a bit of trash ends up here due to the location of the bay and the current. The private beach is a bit of a walk to get to and from. A steep hill. Absolutely stunning sunset view from here. Overall a great place to stay.

The hotel is great. The grounds are very beautiful and quiet, it's surprising that even though there were many guests (and cars), we hardly ever ran into them, except at breakfast. The rooms are clean and were tidied daily. There's a balcony and a fantastic, large shower room! Breakfast was just good (average); for example, breakfasts in Istanbul hotels were more varied. I missed having sweet breakfast options. But overall, there was enough of everything. The biggest plus is the PRIVATE BEACH. It's magnificent. It's a bit further from the hotel, about a 10-15 minute walk. There aren't as many stairs as everyone writes in reviews, it's very comfortable! We went by car, but there's a shuttle from the hotel to the beach every hour. Tip: Go to the beach on foot earlier than everyone else to grab the best sun loungers! A MINUS. Well, not really a minus... it's just that it seemed like everywhere on Instagram it said that private pools were included with every room, but unfortunately, that's not the case. Pay attention to this! But there is a communal pool, also in some distant location. We never made it there because all our attention was taken by THE BEACH :) The staff were fine. The hotel's location isn't in the city center, which I see as a plus. But it would be a bit difficult without a car.

Overall, I was very satisfied, the service staff was very warm, but the breakfast was not very satisfactory. I forgot to serve the food in the morning. I ordered Turkish coffee and waited for a long time. I prefer to remember the feeling of ordering. The burgers and Turkish meatloaf in the restaurant for dinner are personal and the price is medium and high. The customer service staff and the front desk are very dedicated, and we are of course willing to pay tips. The hotel is quite big, the facilities are very good, the washing facilities, the bathrobes and slippers are all complete, we are willing to visit again, I hope the breakfast can be more abundant. Overall very satisfied, staff is very enthusiastic, but the breakfast is not very good. They forgotten to serve the main meal, and I ordered Turkish coffee wait quite a long time to come up, I prefer to remember my ordering. Dinner restaurant burger and Turkish meat ball, which taste personal feeling general, price not quality. The customer service staff and reception were very dedicated and we were certainly willing to tip. The hotel is quite large, the facilities are very nice, the wash kit, bathrobes and slippers are all well stocked and we would be happy to visit again, hopefully the breakfast will be a bit more extensive.

I booked two rooms for one night. The male manager at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful; he even personally assisted my mother with her luggage to the room. The hotel's decor is beautiful, but it's a shame that either due to the materials used or the weather, the place is already showing signs of wear and tear, despite being relatively new. Many things look a bit old, and there were even stains on the room's floor tiles that seemed difficult to clean. The main drawback was the two male staff members in the breakfast restaurant, who seemed to have poor eyesight, treating some guests as if they were invisible. Although my mother speaks fluent English, when she arrived at the restaurant alone in the morning, the two staff members completely ignored her. Meanwhile, they were constantly chatting with another group of French-speaking foreign guests and bringing them coffee. On the other hand, when we asked if they could get us coffee, they said it was self-service, but then offered to 'help us prepare' it.

Breakfast is the worst I have ever eaten in the past few days. The room is small and the price is expensive. Apart from the good scenery, others make me want to vomit. If I just want to take pictures, I don’t mind if I can stay.
