Beautiful apartments with beautiful view. The apartments have everything necessary for convenience and cooking. Very attentive and pleasant hosts. We had a wonderful holiday at Golden Rose !

First off, the location is fantastic – really close to the harbor and the bus terminal. Secondly, it's incredibly clean. They meticulously clean the room every day, leaving it spotless, and the bedding and towels are fresh and fluffy. Thirdly, the breakfast is delicious and varied. It's a buffet, and the menu changes slightly each day, which keeps it from getting boring. I also loved that they offer complimentary beach towel rentals, as well as snorkeling gear and fins. However, the downside is that it's extremely small. Even for a budget room, I didn't expect it to be this cramped. It has all the essentials, and there weren't any major issues, but there's barely enough space to open a suitcase. It's comparable to a budget hotel in Japan or Hong Kong. It was manageable, but not particularly comfortable.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and supplies. The room also had a great ocean view. The hotel has a swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 20:00. Parking is available in front of the hotel and is convenient. It's a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the town, and there are supermarkets and gas stations nearby, making it very convenient. However, please note that the front desk is not located at the hotel; you need to call the number on the door, and the receptionist will come over on a motorcycle to check you in.

Kas merkez’e uzak sayilabilir (6km kadar) ama araciniz yoksa bile minibuslerle de ulasim cok rahat. En ince deteylsri bile dusunup cevre ulasimini tarif ettikleri kitapciklar eklemisler odalara. Odalar her gun temizleniyor, kedi sevmeyen biraz zorlanabilir birkac mudavim Kedi de vardi cunku ama cok manzarasi, havasi nefisti.

We arrived at the very beginning of the season and the first two days, were quite alone. It's unusual to be the only guests. Finely fed, beautiful view from the terrace and from the pool. There's your cafe. Very welcome staff. I think in the season evening it will be more interesting, there will be a disco, bar and music. The rooms are clean but very simple, for their price everything is in line, didn't twist to the trivial.

The location is very convenient, a couple of minutes' walk and you're in the center of Kas. I stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfast was delicious, with a view of the sea and the Greek island! I'm very grateful that they quickly resolved a problem I had upon check-in: it turned out my reservation on *********** hadn't been cancelled, and I'd already paid for it here. So, I had two rooms listed. 🙈 But they immediately offered me a solution: I could cancel the reservation free of charge with the hotel's approval! I was relieved; it was very nice that they were accommodating and resolved everything right away! The bus station is a 10-minute walk away, a brisk walk away, and it was convenient to take buses to Kaputas Beach, Fethiye, and Antalya. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Otelde bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibardı, oda beklenen gibi küçük ama isteğimizi karşıladı. Odadaki duş baya iyi bir suydu sevdim, kahvaltı ise nefes kesiciydi!!! Bayıldım, tekrardan kesinlikle ziyaret ederim.

Only stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. Air con, which was a blessing as it was quite warm 30degres in the day. The room was inaccurately clean, had hairdryer, safe kettle tea, fridge with water. Great facilities for a budget hotel. The breakfast was beautiful, very Turkish cheese eggs omelettes fruit bread butter jams tomatoes salad plenty of different things to choose from. Will definitely stay here again when we next come to Kas the location is very central.

The two-bedroom apartment is in a residential building in an alley next to it. It looks average from the outside, but it's nice inside. The sofa in the living room can be opened into two beds, so it can accommodate six people. Everything is new and breakfast is okay
