Beautiful apartments with beautiful view. The apartments have everything necessary for convenience and cooking. Very attentive and pleasant hosts. We had a wonderful holiday at Golden Rose !

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach from the hotel, and about 25 minutes on foot to Kas Halk Plaji. The cleaning is thorough, the staff are lovely, and the view from the terrace is simply superb. The breakfasts are delicious. The owner of the hotel is very attentive; upon check-in, he provided essential information, recommendations, and answered our main questions. We arrived in Antalya late at night, so we contacted the hotel administrator beforehand, and they helped us arrange a transfer at a reasonable price. A huge thank you for such great service ❤️

The room was clean and hygienic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and supplies. The room also had a great ocean view. The hotel has a swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 20:00. Parking is available in front of the hotel and is convenient. It's a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the town, and there are supermarkets and gas stations nearby, making it very convenient. However, please note that the front desk is not located at the hotel; you need to call the number on the door, and the receptionist will come over on a motorcycle to check you in.

The owner of this family homestay is very enthusiastic, and there are villas and apartments in the hotel. We arrived at ten o'clock and it was dark. He waited for a special trip. The minibus took the initiative to greet him as soon as he arrived. The store is clean and tidy, and the signature grilled fish tastes great. The homestay is not in the center of Kash Town, located in Patara, Patara, about 50 minutes by minibus to Kash. This is the core of the village, about 30 minutes walk from the beach and sunset. If you don't have a self-driving car, it is not recommended to visit the Kash Center for convenience; it is suitable for self-driving or want to experience local rural life. The boss has no barriers to English communication.

An excellent hotel, not located too far uphill, making walking to and from the center very comfortable. The view from the room and the terrace, where breakfast is served, is simply stunning. The breakfast is delicious and more than adequate. The terrace is available for use at any time. The owners are friendly and helped with currency exchange and parking near the hotel, which is difficult in Kas. I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret it. 😉

Otelde bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibardı, oda beklenen gibi küçük ama isteğimizi karşıladı. Odadaki duş baya iyi bir suydu sevdim, kahvaltı ise nefes kesiciydi!!! Bayıldım, tekrardan kesinlikle ziyaret ederim.

Only stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. Air con, which was a blessing as it was quite warm 30degres in the day. The room was inaccurately clean, had hairdryer, safe kettle tea, fridge with water. Great facilities for a budget hotel. The breakfast was beautiful, very Turkish cheese eggs omelettes fruit bread butter jams tomatoes salad plenty of different things to choose from. Will definitely stay here again when we next come to Kas the location is very central.

The two-bedroom apartment is in a residential building in an alley next to it. It looks average from the outside, but it's nice inside. The sofa in the living room can be opened into two beds, so it can accommodate six people. Everything is new and breakfast is okay

It is between Kash and Fethye. Choose to stop for a night. The place is quiet, in the room everything is old. The air conditioner worked loud, but the night was cool, sleeped without it, lucky. In the morning they give breakfast (egg, cheese, olive, vegetables, fruits). The price is not in line. Stopped on holidays, I think, so the price was overstated.

Booked at 4.2 rating, arrived to find it dropped to 3.8. There was no WiFi on the day due to maintenance, luckily my phone had signal! The hotel is built at the bottom of a cliff, requiring a drive up a 60-degree steep slope to reach the parking lot – a very unique location. We arrived at 10 PM, but the front desk had already closed. Ultimately, a pool staff member helped us get our room key, making for a chaotic check-in process. The sea view from the room genuinely matched the photos, but the value for money was extremely poor: we booked for 1600 RMB, yet on the day of arrival, the same room type was directly 400 RMB cheaper – an outrageous price difference. (The room had a sea view, and the bedding and mattress were decent). Breakfast was served from 8-10 AM, and the variety was acceptable. However, we weren't informed that coffee would be charged. At check-out, we were directly debited 420 Lira for two iced lattes, a hidden cost that left a very bad impression. The service was extremely polarized: the pool staff were friendly, but the front desk was cold, lazy, and unreasonable, showing no service awareness throughout. The room had no toiletries whatsoever, like toothbrushes or shower gel, so you need to bring your own. The shower had strong water pressure, but you had to let it run for a long time to get hot water. The hotel's layout was extremely illogical; the front desk was on the lowest floor, while the parking garage was essentially on the second or third floor, making lugging luggage up and down the slopes very inconvenient. The only upside was the nice view from the cliffside pool; otherwise, the entire experience was a disaster. I do not recommend staying here. Honestly, this entire region isn't even worth visiting; I found the scenery to be average. Istanbul and the hot air balloons are enough to represent Turkey's beauty.
