Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach from the hotel, and about 25 minutes on foot to Kas Halk Plaji. The cleaning is thorough, the staff are lovely, and the view from the terrace is simply superb. The breakfasts are delicious. The owner of the hotel is very attentive; upon check-in, he provided essential information, recommendations, and answered our main questions. We arrived in Antalya late at night, so we contacted the hotel administrator beforehand, and they helped us arrange a transfer at a reasonable price. A huge thank you for such great service ❤️

The room was clean and hygienic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and supplies. The room also had a great ocean view. The hotel has a swimming pool, open from 10:00 to 20:00. Parking is available in front of the hotel and is convenient. It's a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the town, and there are supermarkets and gas stations nearby, making it very convenient. However, please note that the front desk is not located at the hotel; you need to call the number on the door, and the receptionist will come over on a motorcycle to check you in.

We arrived at the very beginning of the season and the first two days, were quite alone. It's unusual to be the only guests. Finely fed, beautiful view from the terrace and from the pool. There's your cafe. Very welcome staff. I think in the season evening it will be more interesting, there will be a disco, bar and music. The rooms are clean but very simple, for their price everything is in line, didn't twist to the trivial.

They stayed at the hotel from 19 to 24 October, they were very happy! The settlement passed at once, although we arrived early at 10 a.m., lived in 302 room with excellent view! Although they booked a more modest loft. The room is spacious, clean, cleaning was carried out every day, also every day they changed the towel and put two bottles of water. The room is perfectly catching the Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are no exquisite, but all fresh delicious, hungry did not stay. Unfortunately there is no chat, but we knew it. To the center 5-7 minutes walk.

An excellent hotel, not located too far uphill, making walking to and from the center very comfortable. The view from the room and the terrace, where breakfast is served, is simply stunning. The breakfast is delicious and more than adequate. The terrace is available for use at any time. The owners are friendly and helped with currency exchange and parking near the hotel, which is difficult in Kas. I highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret it. 😉

Otelde bizi karşılayan beyfendi çok kibardı, oda beklenen gibi küçük ama isteğimizi karşıladı. Odadaki duş baya iyi bir suydu sevdim, kahvaltı ise nefes kesiciydi!!! Bayıldım, tekrardan kesinlikle ziyaret ederim.

We had a room with a terrace and it's just wow! Two bedrooms and a living room. Every room has air conditioning. Terrace with a fantastic view. But there is a nuance. Roofs aren't. That is, it's cool or it's morning until 10 or it's already sunset and after. But it's very good. The hosts are welcome. To the beach, probably 15 minutes, in a hurry. Near supermarkets, fruit shop, small inexpensive cafes. Parking next to the top or bottom street. At the beginning of July there were no problems. Breakfast is not very abundant. The washing machine didn't work at us, but it is not stated in the description. I liked it very much here!

The hotel is built into the hillside and is very close to the center of Kas town, just a five-minute walk away. There's a Muhtar supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. This is a boutique hotel with high-quality facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and bright, the breakfast has a wide variety of options, and the service is excellent. Priced around 1,000, it was one of the better hotels we stayed at during our trip. There was even space for laundry. Highly recommended!

Only stayed for one night but value for money you could not beat this little hotel. The room was spacious large bed, little balcony with chairs to sit out. Air con, which was a blessing as it was quite warm 30degres in the day. The room was inaccurately clean, had hairdryer, safe kettle tea, fridge with water. Great facilities for a budget hotel. The breakfast was beautiful, very Turkish cheese eggs omelettes fruit bread butter jams tomatoes salad plenty of different things to choose from. Will definitely stay here again when we next come to Kas the location is very central.
