"This hotel is run down. The pier is falling apart, and there's mold in the rooms. While the furniture in the room is in good condition, the cleaning could be better. I wouldn't recommend the economy rooms – they have poor soundproofing, low ceilings, a bad smell, and mold. The breakfasts are good, though. The staff at the pier and front desk are friendly."

"My stay was not the most comfortable, because the hotel was undergoing renovation, getting to the city center by bus was very problematic, buses run once an hour, the last one leaves the city at 22.00. The price of a taxi is 350 lira. I did not like that at night the staff came into the room, turned on the light and the extractor fan in the shower to dry the floor, because there was no rug, and the floors were very slippery and they were not wiped during the day, so it was impossible to sleep. This is very unethical! The hotel has a nice pool and recreation area, but due to the inconvenience, we had to move the next day."

"We only stayed here one night, and honestly, we were very glad we didn't choose this hotel as our main vacation destination. The photos make it look quite nice, and the hotel grounds themselves are truly pleasant: a lovely pool area, bar, and restaurant. But for me, these weren't nearly as important as the room's condition and the location by the sea, where you want to spend most of your day. We stayed in room 6. I don't know if this is the case in all rooms or if we were just "lucky," but it was very unpleasant. There was absolutely no ventilation, which created a strong sewer smell in the room and constant humidity—everything felt wet. The floor was a different story. They cleaned it with some kind of product, which, combined with the humidity, created the sensation of an oily film. The floor was streaky, dirty, and so slippery that we practically walked on it. Over the course of several hours, I asked the cleaning lady to clean it three times, but the problem kept coming back. The hotel is on the eastern side of the peninsula, so the sun lasted until 5:30 PM in August. After that, the sun is invisible and it gets cooler because the water is cooler and gray. On the sunset side, our beach day lasted until 7:30-8:00 PM, and we could safely sunbathe after 5:00 PM in the safe sun. The beach area was the most disappointing. The deck with sun loungers is about two meters above the water, and the descent is down a very steep wooden staircase, almost perpendicular to the water. The steps are narrow, covered in slime and seaweed, and the railings are slippery. At the very least, it's unsafe, but in reality, it's downright disgusting to step on them with bare feet. The umbrellas were a particular surprise. They are lacy and almost translucent. They may look nice in photos, but they barely serve their primary purpose: in the bright sun, it's impossible to find proper shade. So people simply retreat to their rooms or the pool after lunch. The sun loungers are quite worn and dirty, and the beach towels are as thin as rags. The shower area also left a bad impression: the rocks are slippery, and in some places there's standing water, making it completely undesirable to walk around without slippers. There are some construction materials lying around nearby, and there's an abandoned swimming pool. There are also some beach cabanas, but they're very dirty and clearly in need of a good cleaning. That said, the pool area, bar, and restaurant are indeed nice. Perhaps if you come for the beautiful grounds and spend time primarily by the pool, the experience will be different. But for us, a comfortable room, a good beach, and convenient, safe entry into the water are much more important in a beach hotel. So, after just one night, my impression was very poor. I definitely wouldn't choose this hotel for a longer stay and can't recommend it."

"The room was nice! But there's no parking. We had to park on the street outside the hotel. Breakfast was decent! The transportation was very convenient! The location is good! The owner was also very enthusiastic."

"An excellent hotel located in the heart of Kas. We were pleased with our choice. Housekeeping was available upon request. The staff was friendly, allowed us to check in an hour early, and was happy to accommodate all our requests. Incidentally, everyone at the hotel speaks English. Breakfast was served at the neighboring hotel (about 150 meters away), and the food was delicious and varied. We give the hotel 5 stars, primarily for its comfort, location, and atmosphere!"

"Everything was great, except for the cleaning. I submitted my request for the bed linen to be changed several times, but of course, they didn't change anything. The same stain was always there until I went to reception, and they finally cleaned the ashtray, but I still have serious issues with the cleaning. Overall, the room was very nice, only the bed was small. The bed was comfortable, but I think the price was too high. The breakfasts are especially noteworthy; everything you need is there. The Turkish breakfast is excellent, and you can also ask for a fried egg, an omelet, or whatever you prefer."
