"Location : Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT, hotel have shuttle bus every 30 minutes. However, there is no shopping mall nearby only some restaurants and a 7-11 Amenities : few flow of mini bar everyday, capsule and sachets coffee is provided. Shower gel smells good and all their amenities are sustainable Cleanliness : Housekeeping did a good job in maintaining the cleanliness however room is tired and need further maintenance Breakfast : Breakfast is lousy with no variety… Items was almost the same everyday… Most of the hot item are Indian food and vegetarian even though there is not many Indian guest. Staff friendliness : There is no concierge available. Front office staff was not helpful and only concentrate on their handphone. Coffee house is even worst. Kitchen staff are very rude. One of the staff pointing at the omelet signage and tell “ what do you want?” . Waiter collect the plates without even asking and just suddenly take it. Mr Muhammad from Fnb is the only staff that is polite and friendly. Facilities : Coffee house is too small as you have to share it with Mercure hotel. Hotel have a laundry room for self service laundry. Overall : Quite disappointing as Accor standard should be higher and better. Guest service training is definitely needed for this hotel."

"Overall, above-average experience. The metro is a little far to walk, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service at certain times, which was convenient. Free welcome drinks too"

"Amazing stay as always. This time we booked garden family king room and it has a balcony where kids can play outside and just few steps away from the kids club and spa. Room is spacious for us family of 4 and has two beds. We would like to highlight on the lifeguards at the pool, we know its their job to look after guests for safety but many times we have encounter they are being unfriendly and harsh towards guests especially to younger kids, one of many encounter - lifeguard do not need to shout at a young child when you are standing in front of them face to face, disgusting behaviour."

"This was our second visit to Paradox since our first stay last year, which left a very positive impression. As before, we booked the Executive King Room with club benefits. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the team and attended to by Gio, who displayed great hospitality and patiently went through the club benefits with us. We noticed a few changes — the afternoon tea and evening cocktails now have extended timings, and are held at Crossroads Bar instead of the executive lounge. The room was clean and decently sized, with a working desk and a separate foyer area, which I appreciated. However, it was disappointing that the TV did not have a Chromecast feature. Soundproofing could also be improved, as noise from children running and shouting along the corridor could be heard, as well as some loud music from Clarke Quay, given its vibrant nightlife scene. Afternoon tea is served from 12pm to 4pm, offering a good selection of savoury snacks and bite-sized pastries, along with free-flow TWG tea. Evening cocktails run from 5pm to 8pm, with canapés, spirits, and wines set up at a corner of the bar. We especially appreciated the availability of draught beer (Heineken and Tiger) instead of bottled options, as well as Prosecco on request — all part of the club benefits. The food tasted good and offered decent variety. At both the afternoon tea and evening cocktails, we were warmly served by Robert and the manager (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name), who were attentive and quick to top up our drinks. Breakfast, served from 6:30am to 10:30am at Ellenborough Market Café, offered a wide variety of food and live stations. However, it was rather crowded around 8am, and we would have preferred if breakfast could be served in a club lounge for more exclusivity. Overall, we had another great experience at Paradox and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the crew. We’ll definitely be returning again."

"The hotel is located in a prime location where you can easily go to clarke quay or CBD areas. There is a shopping mall across the street. As in a prime location, you will expect everything is in a tiny size, like the room and the lobby. Can't complain about the swimming pool as expected small but surprisingly big enough as there are 2 lanes for your causal practice. Breakfast does not come with many choices but fair enough. They tidy up our rooms every day which I think is a plus."

"I had a really great stay here! The location is seriously unbeatable — just a short walk to Clarke Quay MRT, and surrounded by so many food spots, cafes, and tourist attractions. I could walk to the river, Chinatown, and even Marina Bay if I felt like it. The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always smiling. The whole vibe felt very welcoming. "This is an older hotel with a good location, but it's clear it's in need of an update. The building and the table and wood doors in our room felt very old, and some of the wood was rotting and needs to be replaced. There was a minor renovation, it wasn't enough to address the overall condition. The water pressure was also very low, which was a bit frustrating. On the plus side, the location is excellent—it's very close to Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane, and within walking distance of Bugis Junction and the MRT station. Given the large room size and the lower price, the stay was acceptable overall."

From the moment I made my booking, the team went out of their way to accommodate my request to check in early and prepare the room for my partner. Pan Pacific has always been known for quality and hospitality, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I left with not just wonderful memories of the suite itself, but also of the people who made the stay so meaningful. "Service was wonderful. Had the room beautifully decorated for my 10th anniversary which was a nice touch. Enjoyed the complimentary limousine to nearby places. Infinity pool on the roof top was gorgeous with nice views of the surroundings. Room was nicely decorated and there was evening turn down service, self service complimentary coffee and tea set in the room with the tea bags and coffee replenished. Couple of areas of improvement - the sofa in the room had a permanent unsightly stain on its fabric. Room on level 8 was facing the construction site where the old Tanglin shopping centre used to be. The piling work was quite noisy in the afternoon and the balcony was rather dusty and not very usable due to dust facing the construction site."

"We came here for body checkup, the room is clean and the bed very cosy. Though Singapore water can drink directly from water tap but , we still prefer boiling it. Hence the coffee maker that come with filter is very useful that have two options 27°c n 98°c. 👍"
