Staying at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly strategic, just steps away from the MRT station and shopping centers, making it super convenient to explore various iconic destinations in Singapore. Key Highlights: Outstanding Service: All the staff were very friendly, prompt, and ready to assist, from the quick check-in process to providing local food recommendations. Clean & Comfortable Room: The room was impeccably clean, smelled great, and had a modern design. The bed was very soft and soundproof, ensuring a good night's sleep. Complete Facilities: The rooftop pool offers spectacular panoramic city views, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

In Singapore, where space is a premium, the room size was quite decent. The location is excellent, though after five days in Singapore, I realized that given the city's small size and extensive subway system, location might be a secondary consideration if you're looking to save money. The hotel is within walking distance of St. Andrew's Cathedral, the Police Cantonment Complex, Fort Canning Park, and the National Gallery. It's also just a 3-5 minute walk from City Hall MRT station. The breakfast was very good, with different options each day, and I especially enjoyed the wide selection of cheeses in the cold food section. The staff were reasonably enthusiastic; despite some language barriers, we could communicate using translation apps. The rooftop open-air pool is small, mainly for photos, but the pool on the 3rd floor is nice and even has a Jacuzzi. The hotel's biggest drawback is its inconspicuous entrance. There's no clear street-facing sign, and you have to take a small path, enter through a parking lot entrance to the hotel building, and then take an elevator to the 3rd floor lobby (the street-level floor is occupied by a restaurant). However, the cleanliness, food, and facilities were all very good, which made up for it.
