GGuest Usercomfortable bed and quiet environment around. The lack if I have to pick one is today(1/23/2025) morning around 9am the voice of the passageway is a bit loud and wake me up. The customer service should be checked and told the resident living in another room be quiet, don’t interfere the other people rest. thanks！

GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a superb location, conveniently situated yet surprisingly quiet. With a shopping mall right next door, dining and getting around were a breeze. All downtown attractions are within walking distance. The hotel facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated, the rooms are spacious, and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was just okay; it wasn't exceptionally clean, but it was acceptable. The breakfast area was very crowded, and during peak hours, expect long queues. A highlight was being able to watch the planes and fireworks for the 60th National Day celebration. We stayed for six consecutive days and were very satisfied overall.

XXiaoxiangzhuqiongyingThe hotel room was very spacious. Despite being on the third floor, it boasted a huge terrace with excellent views of the water park.
**Transportation:** Getting there is very convenient. You can take the Sentosa Express monorail to the Universal Studios area, and then catch a bus or shuttle from the nearby Hotel Michael back to the hotel. If you're lucky, you might even get to ride an autonomous bus, which is quite a fascinating experience.
**Dining:** The hotel's breakfast was excellent. You can choose a semi-buffet option at the in-house restaurant; I tried the Indian food, and it was incredibly flavorful. Alternatively, you can head to Hotel Oasia for a full buffet. Although it tends to be crowded there, the service is exceptionally attentive.
**Activities:** The hotel's swimming pool, located in the villa area, was very relaxing with a lovely and quiet ambiance. There's also a dedicated shortcut from the hotel directly to the water park. Simply get your tickets checked at the concierge desk, and a staff member will guide you there, which is extremely convenient.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again.

Special thanks to Nurul Darwisyah, Carolyn Rodrigues, Doldi Alfi and Jamine Goh for the assistance to arrange and liasing with the relevant department for my set up request and also thank you for the assistance for the early check in.

LLMOOLMHotel was kind to offer a one category room upgrade and welcome amenitity as i am a GHA member. The heritage room has a weird configuration in which the working desk and mini bar were 'outside' though. It didnt impact us till we ordered in room dining and realised the inconvenience.
Nevertheless everything else was great. The bed was excellent as usual. Smart tv with chromecast so we can netflix all day. Big bathroom with bathtub. Warm toilet seat which funnily enough, was only activated at night. Amazing breakfast.

EE1009****The room and bed size is OK but the setting is quite basic. There's only one couch and a small table. The bath room is also of good size but the ceiling mounted shower requires some repair (it keeps dripping while it's supposed to be shut). Guests need to take a walk on level 4 to change elevator, which is a bit inconvenient. This hotel is not very close to MRT stations (it's kind of in between two), bus stop is nearer though. Given the premium Orchard road location, It still offers fair value, but it could have been better maintained.

GGuest UserOverall, it was decent. The room size and the hotel's surroundings were better than I had anticipated. However, the property definitely felt a bit dated. They have many peacocks and a swimming pool, which the kids loved. There's a complimentary shuttle service to the subway station, but be aware that large luggage is not allowed; only smaller bags are permitted (under 20 units, presumably), even when there's plenty of space available on the shuttle.

HHansOlivierMy stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa was absolutely divine! 🏝️ This beautiful hotel exceeded all expectations and booking the executive room with a jacuzzi was a true blessing. 🛁 The warm welcome of sweets in our room paired with complimentary pillow lists, a Nespresso machine, and free mini bar drinks made us feel so pampered! 🍬☕ The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were like little clouds of heaven, leaving me feeling refreshed and well rested. 😴 The breakfast buffet was a delight, perfectly suiting my taste. I couldn’t resist going back for more of the crispy Belgian waffles and the fresh vibrant salad bar! 🥐🥗 Everything about this resort screamed luxury and relaxation and I only wish I could have stayed longer.
