We didn't expect it to be spacious compared with the pictures seen online. The place is pretty decent. The environment is like near little India vibes. A little far from attractions but commutable. They clean our rooms everyday. There is a water refilling station at the lobby. No free water but the tap water is drinkable. There is kettle and free coffee & tea everyday. The wifi is not too fast especially at night.

Over years,I banked at this place frequently. The location is alright, a bit of legacy (Peranakan, nyona), and now taken as Viet Bahn MI ensemble, numerous cafes around. The popular Common Man coffee joint lends vibrancy to the environment. Room wise, setback is to use combined shower/ body gel dispenser, the two are worded Differently. Good, I brought my own..the television worded erratic, 20 mins on/off. Pillow and bed, okay. Would stay again..

The capsule’s actually more spacious than that of other hostel. It’s also very clean and I felt super safe during my stay that I even left my iPad in the capsule instead of the lockers and no one would take it, not that I recommend doing that. I love the fact that it has cold water dispenser so I can save money from buying drinking water. The staff is friendly and helpful, she knew I’m coming for the Lady Gaga show so she wished me a fun concert. One feedback is the bathrooms can be very hot at times due to poor ventilation so I always pick the one that nears the windows.

I wanna take a time to first of all appreciate how kind and helpful was Noel. He was so kind to personally keep my valuables while since I checked in early and had to go out. Something else he did was to help me get coins for the laundry machine. With all this said, the service was magnificient. As for the cleanliness, I only have an observation regarding the smell in restrooms. I think it would be more comfortable to set up scent dispensers in them since when I used most of them, they either had a really bad smell or smelled like cigarettes. The location was convenient since there is a bus stop right in front of the lobby’s entrance. And the walk for the closest MRT was less than 5 minutes. As for the amenities I think it was very convenient to have shampoo and shower gel and also a towel. The capsules contained curtains for privacy while sleeping or inside the capsule.

（CN）A quiet and comfortable hotel. Provide a variety of disposable products, shampoo, shower gel, and laundry detergent. There are free washing machines and dryers available for use. Very clean, the air conditioning is great. The staff have a friendly attitude and are willing to handle problems. Close to the metro station, you can walk to Merlion Park. There are 7-11 and many restaurants around.

Very awesome place for solo traveller who need private room with private bathroom with affordable price. The place is quiet and peace. I will surely come back to stay. - A bit far from city central but bus stop is very near located. - Easy to get here from airport (MRT to Tanah Merah and take bus No.2). - Bathroom is a little bit small. - No bottled water provided but you can bring your own bottle to get drinkable tap water, or get water at the lobby - No fridge. 9/10

value for money. all basic amenities are there. mini ref is working fine. water is available at the ground floor. not too far from aljunied mrt station and bus stops

One of the better capsule hotels whether you’re on a budget or not. I may book it again when I go next year. There’s proper carpet and better cleanliness when I compare to another dorm hotel I was in. The AC stayed on which I didn’t really like since there wasn’t a window but it wasn’t bad at all. I was more comfortable here. I’m sure there might be better but based on my experience staying in 3 different budget accommodations this was the best. But you get what you pay for…keep that in mind and I also didn’t expect much but it was better than I expected.

Excellent start at the beginning as the front desk manager Aida was very helpful and very supportive , she also provided so much information on the transportation and logistics around, 设施：good enough 卫生：very clean 环境：convenient 服务：the front desk girls and boys are nice and helpful, especially Aida, smiling and enjoying her work with clients

I was impressed by the cordiality and helpfulness of your staff. Every interaction was pleasant, and your team truly made me feel welcome, although I was checked in in the middle of the night. I was also very appreciative of the room upgrade. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. Furthermore, I would like to thank you for accommodating my requests for a high floor and a quiet zone. I truly enjoyed the peacefulness and the view. My experience at Hotel 81 Premiere Princess was so positive that I was actually quite surprised to see a 2-star rating on the online travel agency profile where I booked. Based on the quality of service, the room itself, and the attentiveness of your staff, my personal feeling is that the hotel offers an experience closer to a 4-star standard. Thank you once again for a truly enjoyable and memorable stay in Singapore. My friends and I are frequent travelers, whereby we often choose and review hotels together for vacations. I invited them to visit during my time staying at the hotel, and they have approved that they will definitely choose this hotel as their utmost preference on their next vacation to Singapore. I, personally, would certainly choose to stay at Hotel 81 Premiere Princess again in the future and would happily recommend it to others.
