"This location will definitely be my go to when or if I go back to the city I probably try another city only because I like to travel but it was amazing and they had a pool and jacuzzi. With the gym on the roof. The restaurant did different meals for breakfast and when you needed eating utensils they smiled and got what you needed. Also if you asked for ketchup they would make sure you got enough. I’m the pretty sure when the breakfast was done the restaurant became a restaurant with turning on the lights and changing the calm music to more a relaxing soft music. I enjoyed the entire experience. It’s definitely I’m looking forward to in the future!!!"

"The name of this hotel MUST BE CHANGED to Wyndham Costa Del Sol! If you copy the hotel's name from the the Ctrip, the Uber and Google Map will navigate you to the Wyndham Grand Costa Del Sold Lima Aeropuerto directly without any notifications, Since in their system, the Wyndham Costa Del Sold Lima Aeropuerto doesn't exist any more. The old, abandoned hotel is 5.5km away by car from the airport, no way to walk to the airport, impossible, too far! If you would like to call a Uber, it will cost you 10+ minutes to wait no matter you try at night or the day time since no body do business around this abandoned area. Ctrip MUST change the old hotel's name and change the description of the distance from the new terminal! It's a shame keeping the old name!!! 酒店房间的窗帘也关不上，差评！！"

"This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips, and I'm quite satisfied with the breakfast, service, and cleanliness. The surrounding area feels very safe; it's a tourist zone and very close to the beach."

"The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are quite spacious. They even offer a complimentary cocktail. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to the seaside promenade, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean – truly the best part of Lima. The breakfast spread is excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants near the hotel."

"Since I'm asked to review, I'll give an honest one. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel got such a high rating. Aside from the excellent location (next to Wong supermarket), I can't see what else warrants it. On the first day, I arrived around 10 am and asked the front desk if I could check in if a room was ready. The front desk staff explicitly said it would be an hour, then half an hour, and in the end, I only managed to check in after three or four hours. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. Can you believe they assigned me the only room located between the elevator and the emergency exit staircase? Once in the room, the noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. Maintenance came up and said it would make noise for ten minutes every time it was turned off, or I'd have to keep it on constantly. Later, even when it was off, it would make noise intermittently. I couldn't stand it anymore and requested a room change. This went on until 8 or 9 pm (the platform's concierge was very dedicated and kept assisting with communication with the hotel). After changing rooms, I thought I'd finally get a good night's sleep, but the soundproofing in this new room was even worse. I could hear the shower from the upstairs room right above my head – there was no escaping it. Then, on one of the subsequent days, I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get some water bottles delivered, even if they wouldn't clean the room. Throughout all these issues, the platform kept communicating and trying to resolve things with the hotel, but the hotel seemed to refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I hope everyone takes this into consideration. Besides the great location, you really don't need to consider staying here for the guest experience."

"Отель очень понравился! В номере очень чисто, было прохладно и мне в течении нескольких минут принесли обогреватель! Постель очень мягкая и комфортная, удалось хорошо отдохнуть и выспаться! На рецепшине молодой человек отнёсся с большим пониманием и терпением на моё незнание языка, общались через переводчика в телефоне . При выезде вызвал мне такси! Питание завтраки, не соответствовали моим предпочтениям, но претензий у меня нет. Рекомендую этот отель!!!"

"We have been pampered by Aloft hotel!!! Carlos from the front desk made sure that we will have a great time celebrating our anniversary in Peru! We were offered a corner room with great views and a special treat as well! The lobby is in level L. Breakfast was healthy and superb with lots of great options! The room was huge! Plus points to the shower which gives spa vibes, great choice of tiles and shower head! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you, Carlos, for making us feel special!"

"The room was adequate, though a bit small. Cleanliness was good, breakfast was excellent, and the location was superb. It's conveniently located near the beach and shops. Service was slightly lacking; they didn't have a charger available, and they couldn't let you check out late."
