GGuest UserIt’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

IIndhujaEverything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected.
The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby).
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed.
Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

FFria BolanHad a great stay, loved the rooftop heated pool and comfy rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There’s a small grocery store and shops right below and the location couldn’t be more central. Uber pulls up right to the front, highly recommend!

The most important thing is that when I was preparing to book other Hilton hotels in the past two days, I found that the hotel did not give me a score. WWuSharonThe location was great for visiting the Barranco area but relatively far from other main attractions of Lima. The hotel has a great ambiance with lots of art pieces throughout the gardens and the rooms. Very nice ocean views and lots of spaces to relax and hang out (weather permitting) throughout the property. Breakfast was good too! The setting and the service definitely had a ”home” vibe to it!

Breakfast is on the 21st floor, you can see the city from a distance, and have a wide view! The double room I stayed in this time is very spacious!

JJon BarfootThe Crowne Plaza is always my go-to in Lima due ro the convenience of the location to all the restaurants and bars in the Miraflores district that make the Lima experience what it should be. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, and the decor of the room is confortable without being too fancy. The guest services here are exceptional and the breakfast is the best meal of the day with a huge range of options.

Extremely good value for money with excellent reliable and responsive online service via WhatsApp. A good sized apartment vastly superior in quality to hotels of a higher price. Highly recommend
