"The hotel is very close to Kintetsu Kashikojima Station. The room is quite big. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are not a problem for use. The hotel staff is also responsible. The room also has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. However, Kashikojima is quite remote. It is still a good choice for people who don't like many tourists. There are few restaurants around. If you check in late, you can't find a place to eat. The only convenience store at the station is only open until 18:00."

"The hotel is well maintained. The room is probably the largest I've stayed in Japan. You can see the beautiful view of Ago Bay when you enter the room. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. At the same time, the hotel has a car to pick up to the other main building at any time. The sky garden has a check-in point for the 2016 G7 Summit, and the scenery is no less beautiful than the view from the Yokoyama Observatory. The breakfast is rich, with Western buffet and Japanese set meals to choose from, and the taste is very good. There is a scheduled shuttle bus from Kashikojima Station to the hotel. If you are late, you can also call the hotel to pick you up at the station. The service is really considerate. It is difficult to find a restaurant open after 5 o'clock near Kashikojima Station. It is recommended to make a reservation for dinner at the hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance~"

A resort hotel with ocean views and natural hot springs and Ago Bay

"The check-in was at night, so the road just in front of the hotel was a little scary, but it was a road that was not scary at all when I went to the bright time the next morning. It was easy to go because the public bath was right after getting off the elevator. This time I stayed without meals, but next time I wanted to stay with meals."

"I stayed here for one night during a trip to Ise-Shima. Since I was traveling by train, I used the free shuttle service to Kintetsu Ugata Station. The departure was on time and the service was very courteous. [Good Points] ① Large public bath (open until midnight, morning bath available from 5am. Free popsicles after bathing, choose from four flavors) ② Ample amenities (POLA lotion, milky lotion, razors, toothbrushes, combs, etc. - pick up what you need from the counter in front of the reception desk) ③ Free room wear (can be worn anywhere in the hotel) ④ Delicious and substantial breakfast (enjoy home-cooked meals made with local ingredients. In addition to specialty dishes like Ise udon and tonteki, there was also curry and yakisoba. There was also a wide variety of desserts and drinks, and the yogurt and smoothies were especially delicious) ⑤ Spacious and spacious guest rooms (The interior has a unique atmosphere, and the appliances and furnishings are a bit dated, but the beds are spacious, and the value for money is excellent, especially for a night's sleep.) ⑥ The service was good (there was a free-flowing coffee machine, water dispenser, tourist information pamphlets, etc. near the reception desk. The staff was also friendly and efficient, especially during breakfast.) [Areas for Improvement] 1. I was concerned about whether the slippers allowed to be worn inside the hotel had been disinfected. It would be reassuring if there was a sign indicating this. (I was reluctant to wear slippers directly on my feet, so I wore socks over them throughout the stay.) 2. There was a thin layer of dust on the wall above the bed (the side of the room), so it might be a good idea to wipe the wall down about once a month. [Advice for Future Guests] When using the large public bath, you will need to walk on carpet from the slipper area at the entrance to the changing room. If you are uncomfortable walking barefoot, it may be a good idea to wear socks or bring your own. We checked in on Sunday and checked out on Monday, and the stay for two people, including breakfast, was less than 9,000 yen, which was a great deal. Access is not the best, but I would definitely stay here again at this price range."

"This is a traditional, large-scale hot spring ryokan. I've been to many hot spring ryokans, and most of them felt deserted with few staff and many foreign guests. However, this ryokan had plenty of staff, and they were very attentive with both greetings and farewells. The baths were spacious, and the changing rooms were cleaned frequently. The unlimited use of bath towels was a fantastic service for us, as we love to soak multiple times. The view from our room, with the calm sea and beautiful sunset, was absolutely stunning. The meal service system was new to us and a bit confusing at first, but it turned out to be very convenient for our family, as we all eat different amounts. Finally, I must mention that we stayed here about 15 years ago when my late father was battling an illness. Being able to come back with my now-grown children and reminisce about those memories was truly special. The ryokan is just as wonderful now as it was then. Thank you for everything. The ryokan is very large and even has a bowling alley, which our children thoroughly enjoyed."

"The large window in the room overlooked the bay, and the sunset was the best view! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with seafood in abundance. We roasted marshmallows in the lounge, played table tennis, and enjoyed morning yoga, so we had plenty of activities to enjoy. The large public bath had a nice atmosphere, and the water felt good, but it would have been even better if it was a free-flowing bath. The hotel staff were also very friendly and the service was excellent. Thank you very much😊"

"Family 4 There aren't many inns where people can stay in one room, but she prepared my mother's cot, and the room was made into a large room with 2 room. Thank you very much. The facility itself is certainly old. However, since it is a hotel with sufficient ingenuity and service to spend the room comfortably, I think it is a comfortable accommodation. There is no big problem with taking parents who are old and have difficulty walking. Mr. Nakai? However, it was a hotel with a warm impression that served me hard."

"It was very comfortable! The room was fashionable and the best! It was not enough for one night, and it was the best inn I would like to stay again ⭐︎ 2 There is a regrettable place 1 Two is that the bath is small 2 The wall was rough and the child was injured on the wall of the bedroom. I thought that wall was very dangerous if I had a small child... I wish I could be careful, but it's fun and the children are so funny that I can't take my eyes off. 〜 laughter"

"We chose this hotel because we were going to Parque Espana. Although it is aging, the maintenance and cleaning are thorough and we were able to stay comfortably. Although we were unable to make a reservation at the regular restaurant at the time we wanted, the buffet held on certain days was also delicious and we were satisfied with the cost. Since we had told them in advance that our child had *allergies, they placed a list of allergies on the seats, and when we carelessly left something on the seat, they called our room and brought it right away. Thank you very much. As for the Himawari no Yu, it was bright and open, and the quality of the springs was satisfactory for our family, so we went in three times during our stay. Above all, we were very grateful that we could take a bath for free even after checking out, and it was very helpful to be able to take a bath before going home after playing at the park. Shima is a wonderful place that we love, whether it's for sightseeing, food, or the natural environment. We hope to visit again."
