"The hotel has parking, but over our 5-night stay, we couldn't park there except for loading/unloading the car. There simply aren't enough spaces. The hotel offers covered parking about a 15-minute walk away, which is fine if you don't plan on using your car much during your stay.
The welcome drink... well, at least it's free, right? I wasn't impressed enough to return to the bar on subsequent days.
Breakfast is good, but after two days, you get tired of eating the same thing. The bread, cold cuts, and cheese could be better.
As for the room, the hotel has seen better days. It's clean but old, and the shower is quite small – better not be too big! The rooms don't have AC (as stated in the listing), which probably isn't an issue in winter, but I wouldn't want to be there during a heatwave. The hotel provides a Prague Pass, which is a big plus and definitely boosted our overall rating because we saved a lot on AquaPalace, and there were other interesting benefits we unfortunately couldn't take advantage of with young children.
We ran out of soap. We told the cleaning lady in the morning, and she said she'd replenish it, but nothing was put back. Quite disappointing, as I had to go back down in the evening to ask at reception.
There's a very useful mini-mart in the hotel, which is great for stocking up on water before visiting Prague (and avoiding tourist rip-offs in the city).
The hotel also offers water upon arrival and departure, which is a nice touch.
In summary, I was happy with the price I paid, but while it's clean, it's definitely not luxury."
