"This hotel is pretty good. It's about a 15-minute walk from the high-speed train station, and very close to Ya'an's famous fish restaurants, just about a 5-minute walk. The square next door is a historical site where you can take a stroll. There's one issue with the room: the window faces a corridor, so the privacy isn't ideal. However, you can sit out in the corridor and enjoy a pretty good view of the pool below. The breakfast, though, was quite disappointing; it felt more like a three-star breakfast."

"Nestled in the Mengding Mountains of Ya'an, Sichuan, two siblings with a passion for literature and art have created a guesthouse that feels like a secluded paradise, brimming with natural vitality. The name itself is poetically chosen: ”Night's Rest.” Interpretation is subjective.
The guesthouse owners, with their simple and sincere service philosophy, ingenious design, and the unique natural scenery and excellent ecological environment of the Mengding Mountains, attract many like-minded guests, including a steady stream of international tourists.
Driven by a deep affection for Ya'an, the ”Rainy City,” and a longing for the Mengding Mountains, I searched and discovered this dreamlike guesthouse. I was fortunate enough to stay briefly, chat with the owners, and experience a wonderfully unexpected journey, leaving me with unforgettable memories.
This brief, albeit incomplete, personal experience is offered as a tribute to the guesthouse owners' dedication and craftsmanship."

"The best thing I did when I visited Ya'an this time was to choose Hilton Hotel. The service was super super good, especially the quiet lady at the front desk, who was very kind and comfortable. The hotel's location is absolutely superb, nestled by the Qingyi River. The river-view rooms offer an amazing panorama; in the morning, opening the window reveals the misty river and distant green mountains, like a picturesque scroll. At night, you can enjoy the beautiful scene of lights reflecting on the river, resembling a flowing galaxy. Plus, the hotel is incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to a food street where you can find all sorts of local delicacies like Ya'an fish and hot pot skewers, and Wanda Plaza is only a 10-minute drive away.
The hotel's facilities are also outstanding. The rooms are equipped with smart curtains and lighting control systems, and when you turn on the lights, the ceiling even projects a starry sky, adding a touch of grandeur. The bathtub faces the floor-to-ceiling window, allowing you to enjoy the river view while soaking – incredibly relaxing. Additionally, the hotel's heated pool and 24-hour gym provide plenty of leisure options for guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff were truly top-notch. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; upon check-in, they not only prepared an extra bed rail in advance but also kindly provided children's toiletries. The hotel's butler even contacted us by phone beforehand to confirm our arrival time and helped arrange welcome fruits and a room upgrade, making us feel right at home.
Regarding dining, the hotel's breakfast offers a rich variety. The freshly cooked red oil wontons and crispy egg tarts were delicious, and the Western bakery section even had macarons. For dinner, the poached Ya'an fish and rattan pepper chicken are also worth trying, and the chef can adjust the spice level according to guests' preferences."

"1. The hotel is in the scenic area. When booking a hotel, you must pay attention to whether the hotel provides scenic area tickets.
2. The parent-child room was booked for more than 1,400 yuan, excluding breakfast. The room is quite large, with a sofa that can be turned into a bed. The children had a lot of fun. There are children's slippers and children's toothbrushes, and bunk beds.
3. The hotel has a great view.
4. The hotel buffet is not recommended. The taste is particularly average. It can't be said that there are few varieties of wine and beverages. There is no wine at all, only mineral water, cola, and Wanglaoji. The barbecue is all baked in advance. I ate a few slices of salmon, and there was no more when I went again. There are also very few dishes.
5. The front desk customer service staff also needs to be familiar with the business, and it takes a long time to check in."
