"Hotel Review: Somerset Future Centre Wuhan Date of Stay:** March 16-22, 2025 Overview:** Somerset is a charming establishment situated in a bustling commercial and residential district, conveniently located above a mall filled with shops and restaurants. With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!"

"Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!"

"Nice good looking hotel on the outside. Near to the subway, 2min walk. The rooms not that modern facilitated. Especially the old school shower tap, really had a hard time tuning to get correct water temperature. The airconditioning is dusty and did not show correct temperature. Sound very loud rattle when on middle wind. The air conditioning can auto off in the middle of the night. Had to wake in sweat to on it again. Good thing is breakfast is good, nice coffee and noodles."

Consequently, the facilities are still very well-maintained and comprehensive. It truly lives up to the saying 'small but perfectly formed'. **Cleanliness:** Despite its location on a bustling food street, the hotel's exterior is remarkably clean, and the rooms are, without exaggeration, spotless. It's clear the management takes great pride in their meticulous upkeep. **Location:** Strategically located just a 15-minute drive from Hankou Railway Station, it's also right next to the famous Wansongyuan Food Street – an absolute paradise for a foodie like myself! **Service:** The service was exceptional! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with an iced drink, a local 'crispy ice' snack, and even cooling patches – so many thoughtful gestures I was almost overwhelmed! Their genuine warmth and hospitality were truly touching. This hotel is an absolute must-visit. To top it all off, I even received a 50% off Didi coupon for my ride!"

"Very close to the subway station, very convenient for travel. Hotel facilities are new. The service is warm. The front desk is very good and you can store your luggage. Wuhan is very fun, but there are not many things to do. There are many people on holidays, but I am only free on holidays."

"這次行程最滿意的酒店，五星的配置和地理位置，性價比賊高，而且新店所以設備設施都很新很乾凈，重點是沒有新裝修的氣味，隨處都散發著香氣。房間的的樓層都是9樓以上，洗衣機烘衣機都挺多的。但是健身房衹有兩台跑步機其他都沒有了。浴室沒有放置護髮素，後來問前台才知道需要用的話是可以打電話送到房間的。早餐種類太少，一點西式的糕點麪包都沒有"

"It should be a relatively new hotel. The environment is very good. The hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient to go anywhere. If you are around, there are many foods that are still quite lively. I got the room card from the front desk and went directly to the room. Check-in was very fast. When we came, there were not many people. Don't wait for the room. It was very spacious and hygienic. It was also in place. It was very comfortable to sleep at night. The bed was very soft. It felt like the fatigue of the day was less than half haha. It would not be noisy around. The next day, there are many types of breakfast. It is a buffet breakfast. "Everything was exceptional but two things: 1. my room temperature was very hot 27C and I called to complain about it every morning during my stay. technician came and fix it but the problem happened the next day again and again... frustrating! 2. breakfast is very poor and low quality. really surprised me the hotel don't invest in good breakfast like other good hotels in Wuhan."
