"Facilities: Very artistic and fresh decoration style, with tables and chairs downstairs for dining and gatherings. Hygiene: Very clean and no odor. Environment: Located in the second phase of the Wetland Park, with birds singing and flowers fragrant, you can wake up listening to the sound of the forest. Service: Full pick-up and drop-off service. Camping experience: Because the store said that the typhoon had just passed, I didn’t experience it. Welcome fruit platter: The fruit platter is rich and sweet. Haizhu Wetland Park Tickets: If you want to visit and stay, it is recommended to arrive at noon. In the afternoon, you can wait until the sun is not so bright or there are fewer people to take pictures, which is very photogenic. Breakfast varies every day, and the front desk will ask you what you want to eat. There are many mosquitoes, so take precautions. It is more suitable for family outings or group building, which makes it more atmospheric. I recommend the view room. The small room is too small and the facilities are similar to Home Inn. The Wetland Park is suitable for refreshing your lungs and relaxing your body after work and leisure."

"We had a great time staying at Journee serviced apartment. Service is better than some 5 star hotels. Location : Located opposite of the Sunac Snow world, in a residential building, there is a construction site in front of the hotel and we have to walk around it and it is about 10 mins walk. Service： Impeccable , fast response, patient, the reception lady Miss Meng is super hard working and respond to our requests almost instantly. Faster than any hotels where they have to go through house keeping. We asked miss Meng To show us how to use the PS5 twice because in half an hour and she was so friendly and attentive. She even offered to help us wash and dry our clothes. She is always serving us with a big smile. The apartment was quite flexible, and allowed late check out later than usual hotels. The cleaning lady and maintenance man were also very helpful. Cleanliness: Acceptable, it looks quite clean and well maintained inside the room. No cigarette smell, which happens to some of the hotels in China.  Pros ： 1. Definitely the large screen and free movies and PS5 use, great advantage over hotels. 2. Breakfast drink and bread tasted good and fresh. 3. Big 2 meter wide comfortable bed 4. Openable windows 5. The room was facing the Sanac amazement park and not affected by construction at the front. 6. Free use of washing machine. Con: 1. No signs outside the building or In the lift lobby, a little confusing when we arrived. 2. Apartment surrounding and lobby hygiene not the best. 3. No proper drop off , but can stop at car park entrance. 4. Corridor to rooms do not seemed as clean as the rooms. Generally very good experience. I would definitely recommend to my friends."

"- halal buffet breakfast food options were limited.. so don’t expect to eat to your hearts content.. - Requested in person at concierge counter, for bidet spray to be installed at toilet.. staff showed mobile phone that message was sent.. and informed bidet spray will be installed when I returned to my room on the same night.. however.. when I returned.. no bidet spray was installed 🥲"

"Not impressed and upset with - room layout Very bad for going to toilet at night. You’ll stumbled on the partition The shower and toilet shares the same sliding doors which is impossible for two persons to shower and be in a toilet at the same time ( to have a privacy) plus the door are not soft closed so at night you can here door slammed -cigarette smells on non smoking floor I suffered to sleep as cigarette fumes seeped into the room at night from 8pm for hours and last night at midnight still have the fumes coming into the room. The first night I called the hotel asking them to check with the maid next morning which room a smoker stayed (near my room2118) and the hotel should give him a warning . Of course nothing was done and I suffered and couldn’t breathe for three nights. Didn’t asked to change the room as more hassle yo ask my partner to repack. -Some kind of construction noises outside at night -Staffs couldn’t speak English well and some don’t have good service mind like a 5 stars hotel staffs should have. Other than above room is good clean, breakfast quality was good, concierge service okay. Cannot rate logistics as using a taxi a lot. Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The department stores is about 1km walk from the hotel."

"Hotel is connected to Teemall so we were well shieldied from summer heat and subsequent heavy rains due to typhoon Wipha for shopping and meals. Chinese restaurant  serves  good Cantonese cuisine and buffet restaurant  had very generous spreads like oyster with caviar and free flow wines during dinner. Rooms had great views of sunset and even saw rainbow after heavy rains! Hotel was also responsive to requests to make my 81 year-old mother more comfortable and safe like  providing a chair in the shower. Also surprised me with a birthday cake, thank you Sheraton!"

"My family and I had an unforgettable wonderful vacation. Got great and helpful service from everyone of you, especially Mr Jim Tam, Mr Yeung, TC, 泰偉, Joker (breakfast), Andy (in Lounge & Bar), servers in Chinese restaurant, Janitor Li Yi Fei. A great variety of food is provided in the buffet breakfast. Personally love healthy fruit, grains and vegetables."
