I recently stayed at this newly opened five-star hotel with my elders and children, and here's my review.
**Hardware:**
Pros: The courtyard landscaping and the indoor floral artistry, with their coordinated color schemes, are stunning. Every corner offers a great photo opportunity. The swimming pool is large, and the guest rooms are bright and spacious.
Cons: Since we were traveling with young children, we noticed a lack of play areas or facilities for kids. Many sections of the hotel grounds were not yet open, perhaps still under preparation. While checking out, I observed that most guests were families with children, so I feel that adding such facilities is a necessity. Of course, the hotel may have its own specific positioning.
**Service:**
The staff at the entrance and all the front desk personnel were very polite and proactive. However, one area that needs improvement is that despite traveling with children, the front desk neither proactively asked if we needed a set of children's amenities (like toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers) nor arranged for housekeeping to deliver them to our room. This is definitely an area that requires improvement.
**Dining:**
I must praise the breakfast! The open kitchen offers freshly prepared dishes, unlike typical pre-made pastries and stir-fries. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was delicious, and not a single dish was a miss. P.S. I skipped the desserts and cakes due to calorie concerns. The breakfast was so substantial it felt like it lasted for three meals!
**Hygiene:**
Areas like the hidden corners behind the doors and the room's carpet had noticeable fluff/dust, which needs improvement.
**Overall:**
Overall, the experience was positive. Given that it's a newly opened hotel, it's understandable that the staff are still in the process of adapting and transitioning into their roles. I look forward to seeing more impressive enhancements on my next visit.
