The InterContinental Changchun High Tech Zone, designed by the internationally renowned design team CCD, takes inspiration from the concept of a "Prosperous Mansion in the North," presenting a hidden and luxurious space where nature and humanity intertwine.
Delving into the local culture of Changchun, the building's facade is designed with the ice flower as its prototype, interpreting the beauty of the northern ice and snow through modern architectural language; elements of ice flowers and crystals are incorporated into the interior design, creatively presented through a rich variety of materials and textures such as natural wood, metal, and glass, creating a dreamy atmosphere of a northern secret realm in natural light and shadow.
Adjacent to Changchun's Baihua Gardens & Baimu Garden, the hotel also skillfully extends this urban greenery into its indoor spaces. Oak wood, white marble with a snowflake pattern, and green plant walls complement each other beautifully, with an open layout and carefully designed indoor greenery landscapes enhancing each other, constructing a serene oasis amidst the bustling city.
"It was a perfect choice, and the trip was worth it! I'll definitely be back!
Facilities: A small space, yet everything is included. The compact and well-designed design creates a wonderful sense of space. The room features a neo-Chinese style, with a particularly large bathroom, a separate toilet and shower room, and a dedicated dressing room and shoe changing area. The two single beds are both 1.35 meters wide, a generous size. The sofa, coffee table, and bar are very user-friendly. The coffee machine is excellent, and the complimentary drinks are very comprehensive! (The only minor drawback: the bathtub is small, which isn't ideal for taller people. I'm not sure if it's just the small size of this room type, or if it's just the small size in general.)
Cleanliness: Excellent, with clean windows and comfortable bedding.
Environment: Located 4-5 kilometers from the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Service: We felt right at home. On our check-in day, Manager Cui from the PR department called to inquire about our check-in time and needs. She provided attentive guidance throughout the entire stay. I'd say few hotels in China offer this level of service."
