Hotel staff was rude. Room was dirty and toilet ran all night for two nights. Hotel went off line and no use of registers Over charged me car parking when I didn’t have a car. Very disappoint

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?
