Very nice location , beautiful town , breakfast was fine. The room was ok but the bed pillows can improve. I was on the ground floor with a lovely mountain view. staff was friendly and kind.

the best hotel I ever stayed

The accommodation is clean and very convenient, close to the train station, you can walk or take a bus. The swimming pool view is beautiful. The staff is good and lovely.

When we first entered the room, we saw corpses of mosquitoes everywhere on the wall, and there were mosquitoes flying everywhere in the room. A few of them were killed and sprayed blood. The bedside table lamp was also broken. Fortunately, after contacting the receptionist, we were allowed to change rooms. It was very convenient. It's hard to imagine how uncomfortable this night would have been if I hadn't changed rooms. After all, I spent nearly 10,000 Taiwan dollars. I shouldn't have come here to suffer. I give the lady at the counter a big thumbs up. The biggest selling point here is the heated swimming pool, which directly faces the Eiger and Grindelwald slopes. It is open from 12 to 21 o'clock. If it were not for the swimming pool, I might not choose this one due to hygiene reasons.

It is an attractive hotel with a good location, a swimming pool and a good view of the Eiger North Face. The breakfast is neither good nor bad.

Grindelwald is in a very convenient location, the hotel has a resort style, the view from the external balcony is great, it is cost-effective compared to other local hotels, and the hotel swimming pool is really good (suitable for taking photos 😂).

The hotel is not far from Grindewald station and can be reached on foot. The room is the same as the photos on the official website. The terrace faces the Eiger and the environment is good. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory, and there is also a dedicated person cooking Omelet on the spot. The hotel has a small outdoor swimming pool facing the Eiger. The water temperature is about 30 degrees and feels comfortable.

The infinity swimming pool is very nice. It is not recommended for booking. The room is very small.

The hotel is great. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. There are not many people at this season and it is not crowded. There are not many people in the infinity pool at noon. It is basically reserved. I have to come again for this pool haha The staff's service is great. I can't fault it. It's highly recommended~

The most expensive hotel on this trip, but I don't like it very much. I can't see any dreamy hillside. Maybe the room is not very good. There is a big balcony between us, and I can only see about half of it? The most annoying thing is that there are a lot of flies. Maybe it's because the floor is low? After eating instant noodles in the room, a group of flies flew in. There were also a lot of flies when I went to the first floor for breakfast, so my friends and I jokingly called it a fly hotel😂
