Good service, environment

It was super convenient location for shopping, dinning and from Airport Limouzine bus also. Many tour starts from susigino. Room was 1 single bed size with multiple plugs Used 2nd floor Ceiling was high enough to stand It was good But no locking system Some ladies opened my room curtain by mistake Overall clean convenient worth to stay Clean

The facility was very nice and clean. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Expect that some of the other people will be noisy or rude, though. Someone was talking on their phone in the room area at 9:30, and around 1:00 someone was loudly munching on snacks. May want to bring noise canceling headphones, but otherwise it was great.

Expectation/Reality: fair representation of photos from reality. Bunks are organized in a clever way which make it feel quite private. Security: good lock in bed room. Code required to get into the bunk area. And generally felt belongings were secure. Hygiene: generally very clean, seems like a pattern in Japan. The ceiling of the top bunk is open style, rugged but clean. Hospitality: sometimes it took some patience to deal with a human. But the online check in / out works fine. You need to take an elevator to get to the hostel Social Atmosphere: only stayed a few nights so did not have best opportunity to engage, however, there is an abundant amount of common space and would expect it to be good. Overall would come again and would reccomend.

Staying here for 1night, all good. they have a huge bed and really comfortable also there are many electric sockets. But some staff isnt friendly not even greeting the guests also i cant change my money to coins when i wanna do the laundry, so i have to go to the 1st floor with my pajamas;)

The hotel is located really close from Susukino station, so it was really convenient.

I liked how they built the dormitory with stairs and wood, but there is a big lack of space. We are a backpackers couple and we took a king size bed in mixer dorm. No place for our bags. Very tiny room. Toilets were mixed (men/women) which is a bit akward 💩 WiFi was ok but not perfect. Location is perfect.

Nice place and the location is in central area, also near from the station.

Top location in the city center. Smooth checking in and out. Since the bathrooms are shared tidiness depends a lot on how other guests behave as well.

Location is very good in Susukino. Room are very hot and seem to have no ventilation.

Lucky to get to know this place from Trip.com recommendation. Accessible from Sapporo station. We chose to walk the famous Underground Walkway to the hotel. The hostel is spacious. Facilities are well equipped. I feel safe.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shopping malls downstairs, and the environment of the hotel is very comfortable and clean.
