Квартира соответствует описанию, потрясающий вид из окна, мы жили на 6 этаже. Хозяин помогал во всех вопросах, был с нами постоянно на связи, квартира чистая и уютная, нам это было важно мы были с 1,5 годовалым ребёнком. Приедем обязательно ещё.

Great location, 200 m to the sea. Awesome view from the window. Clean, cozy and comfortable. The owner speaks Russian well, will always help and prompt, is accommodating. By the way, Phoenix Island is clearly visible from the entrance, even better than from some parks. We will definitely recommend it to friends and will stay ourselves if we are in Sanya again.

The check-in experience was great. I stayed in several hotels in Sanya and this one was the most comfortable.
