This stay was a great experience! From Anna, who I met at the front desk, to Taylor, who helped me solve various small problems, they were all very enthusiastic. Anna was very efficient in handling the procedures and helped me upgrade the room. Taylor responded very quickly. The hotel felt extra warm because of them. I will come again next time!
