Clean and comfortable room nestled in nature though getting in and out of the compound is slightly more inconvenient as you'd have to get a buggy to drive you around. There was barely any waiting time for them though! Service was fantastic. Loved the breakfast and the mini petting zoo as well.

Location is distanced from the main road. Suitable for travelers looking for serenity and privacy. The view from the mountain is great. Many facilities as a resort but the SPA is very basic which makes it overpriced.

暑假帶女兒入住鳥巢，我們定了一天的大雁房套餐，入住的客人很少體驗超級的好，雨林裏面天氣很涼爽，一點都不熱，去了飛龍索道和玻璃棧橋。我女兒最喜歡的就是小動物樂園，玩了很久，還參加了晚上的螢火蟲放飛活動，遛了羊駝，第二天退房前還去了，萌寵動物園工作人員非常耐心和熱情，讓小朋友都很開心。餐飲的話，我們西餐廳和泰國餐廳都吃了，飯菜量很大，價格確實偏貴，但是味道非常好吃完了。到哪裡都可以坐接駁車，微信上聯繫，幾分鐘就到，24小時，很適合避世，酒店整體的感覺給我很像裸心谷和裸心堡。如果來三亞晚的話，可以安排一天住在這裏感受一下不同。唯一一點不方便是我住大雁3010，山路下去要走很久，然後上來要爬比較多，我和我女兒都感覺有點累，平時鍛鍊很少，很菜！

房間衞生很乾凈，設施維護的很好，可以看到酒店已經很用心的在驅蟲了，但是偶爾還是有小蟲子進房間，畢竟在山林之中。出行比預期方便,擺渡車幾分鐘就到位。早餐很豐富，味道也好。入住的時候免費升級了房型，退房當天又很貼心的給我們主動延時了。環境更不用説，不愧是人間天堂，美極了，可以讓人忘掉所有煩惱。

很不錯的一次體驗，每個服務人員都很禮貌，特別表揚一下，23日下午在雲鵬游泳池服務的一個小夥子，非常負責和有耐心。在此也感謝去房間幫忙提上下行李的服務員。房間雖然有年頭了，但是衞生真的不錯，住在大自然中，有些小蟲子啥的很正常。我們住了兩天，房間內真的沒看到啥小蟲子。泰餐味道不錯，推薦冬陰功湯，黃咖喱大蝦，菠蘿飯味道不錯，分量還不少。西餐中規中矩，就是上菜有點慢。唯一不太滿意的就是早餐，和七八年前差的太多太多了。

來住鳥巢酒店感覺是一種情懷，十年前跟公司來旅遊時來到亞龍灣熱帶天堂森林公園，當時看着在山裡的小木屋，就想着有機會一定要來住一次，這次跟家人來就實現了。本次入住的是老鷹海景房，在陽台可以直接看到亞龍灣大海，一半山景一半海景，真是太美了。房間乾淨整潔，有空調有風扇，住在山裡很涼爽。上下山到大堂，餐廳，景點等需要叫車，景區的vip接送車，打電話或者直接客服聯繫叫車也很方便。早餐種類豐富，老鷹區的峭壁泳池太美了，入住贈送了景區的門票，玩的也很開心，整體體驗感很不錯。有機會希望再去住鳥巢酒店。
