Это просто сказка! Сервис отеля просто супер. Личный ассистент всегда на связи . Бесплатно повысили категорию номера , это очень приятно. Индивидуальные машинки, панорамный бассейн , в наш пакет входил еще ужин. Дл ребенка дали дополнительно тапочки , зубной набор и шампунь-гель. Отдельно отмечу косметику , качество и запах супер.

三亞亞龍灣人間天堂鳥巢度假村，第一次入住，有酒店賓客服務部孫經理提前主動聯繫我，添加上了微信，特意給我們安排了一間視野非常開闊沒有台階的房號，入住期間服務熱情貼心，很是周到，為她的服務點贊！給我們規劃遊玩路線，整體玩下來不累。可惜酒店都是提前訂好了，不然真想再續住一晚。鳥巢度假村還是建議至少住兩晚，悠哉悠哉的慢慢深度遊玩森林公園，下次來三亞必住鳥巢度假村！

超級舒適，純純度假，環境美，還能看到小猴子變色龍，很多可愛的小動物，服務態度也非常好，食物也都很好吃，很合口味，裏面的旅拍照的也非常漂亮，化粧師很耐心，攝影師也很有經驗
