非常滿意的一次出行體驗。點名表揚管家小周，在出行前就提前聯繫並根據需求安排房間，所以入住過程就特別順利。
酒店也特別漂亮，兼顧度假感的前提下生活氣息也很濃厚，住的兩天門都沒出，餓了就下樓吃飯，困了就回屋睡覺，醒了就淘氣堡、泳池、沙灘玩兒起來，簡直就是帶娃勝地。
後邊如果還來三亞，海居鉑爾曼一定會是再住的選擇！

設施：酒店雖然老但是該有的都有
衞生：海邊酒店衞生做的已經非常不錯了房間空調常開一直很乾爽
環境：酒店環境熱帶風情，泳池遊樂園各種遊玩設施，下雨小朋友也不怕沒有地方玩耍
服務：小楊管家非常貼心，入住前添加微信，到酒店辦理入住有擺渡車帶去入住，免費幫我們升級海景房，視野非常不錯，陽台大的可以曬衣服

很滿意的一次行程，入住前一天管家艾琳加了微信，入住當天也是升級到了行政套房，面積要大很多，而且正對海面風景很好，服務很周到，酒店的早餐也很豐富，也體驗了spa，技師技術很好，下次還會來這家酒店的

Полотенца новые, чистые. Пляж неплохой, всегда можно найти место. Завтраки достойные, выбор есть, но не хватало красной рыбы и хотелось бы больше видов сыра. Рекомендую брать номера на верхних этажах — вид лучше и тише. Персонал вежливый, всегда готов помочь. В целом, очень неплохо для своей ценовой категории.

這次入住鉑爾曼酒店體驗非常不錯，管家Anna 提前加微信詢問需求，服務很到位～ 酒店的位置也十分便利，周邊有幾家餐館,酒店對面有公交站，出行打車也很方便，配套齊全。房間舒適温馨，隔音效果良好。酒店的員工都很熱情周到，服務態度極佳。Anna安排的房間景色怡人，來鉑爾曼就可以享受三亞灣的特色風景～海景真的是美如畫，可以俯瞰整片寶石藍色的大海，距離西島的景區也很近，附近的在天涯小鎮、大小洞天也可以去拍拍照 到此一遊[憨笑][憨笑]想感受海島風情，西島 蜈支洲都可以體驗一番 ，總而言之整體體驗非常的滿意，和其他酒店相比服務更加的貼心細緻，Anna也十分的盡職盡責，回覆信息速度！不過還有一個建議！早餐廳應該多樣化，加一些國人愛吃的中餐會更好一點。那個滑梯泳池更適合大童，5歲的娃還是感覺到害怕的

Мы же дот 2 дня, нам очень понравился отель, с удовольствием вернемся! Номер чистый, современный. Пляж отличный, но мало шезлонгов(( расположение удобное. По еде - достаточно и вкусно, без изысков. Красивая ухоженная территория.

It aims to create a one-stop parent-child vacation environment and provide a variety of parent-child activities and supporting facilities. The swimming pool area with a total area of 2,800 square meters includes 4 swimming pools of different sizes and functions. The water park is one of the highlights of the hotel's children's entertainment projects. It not only has exciting slides suitable for older friends, but also small water slides for children. The hotel's children's corner has a play area specially set up for children aged 4 to 12 years old. It is also a happy place for education and fun.
