房間裏非常非常重的黴味，問了酒店説海邊的房間都是這樣，可是後面住別的酒店都沒有這種情況，且衞生情況一般。寫着是豪華型，實際感覺連經濟型都算不上。優點是早飯還算可以，海景還算可以。

優點：
服務特別好，工作人員都很客氣熱情，事事有回覆，響應很及時，酒店位置不錯，周邊吃的很多，打車也很方便，對面沙灘也很好。
缺點：
首先，房間比較老舊，所以總給人臟臟的感覺，花灑固定不住，一打開水直接沖耳朵裏了。
其次，我是我寫這次差評的理由，就是太吵了！太吵太吵了，住的20樓，樓下廣場的大喇叭從我16點到酒店一直吵到我受不了被迫20點30出門，特別大的聲音震的心臟疼，幾點結束的我不知道，第二天早上八點不到又開始了，加上汽車喇叭聲，完全沒法睡覺，就像睡在大馬路上！房間陽台的玻璃移門沒有一丁點隔音！

隨便定了這裏，因看到説離沙灘極近，但實際去沙灘要繞到左右路口紅綠燈處才行，不過也算近吧，還好衹定了一天。服務打了個良好是因為我定的送機沒問我也沒提醒我，雖然後來因沒提醒沒催促我也懶的乘接送車，打算自行打車，但感覺總歸不怎麼舒服。包括套餐裏的東西什麼到南山了什麼出海了什麼的都沒問我要不要。嗯，也正常，程序化麼，不可能每人每天都這麼熱情。看錯了衹定的衹有單人早餐，問了下不能送，本想加個，看不怎麼熱情就算了，不過樓下附近還真沒什麼好的早餐店，跑遠了去吃確實不怎麼方便。我住店有二三次也有讓加個早餐，一般都會加，衹是加了因起床晚等各種原因都沒用上過，但心裏舒服，畢竟免費香麼雖然沒用到。看別的評論説有黴味，其實不是黴味，靠海這點鹹濕味是很正常的，不重，比起有些靠海星級酒店還算可以的。淋浴房比較大，水壓很大甚至太大，衞生間還是舒服的衹是少智能馬桶。陽台缺兩把椅子。

第一次住福朋喜來登這個品牌，印象挺好。酒店不算新潮，但該有的都有，關鍵是乾淨整潔。泳池雖然不大，但孩子玩得很開心。步行到海邊也就五六分鐘，沙子挺細的。周邊超市、葯店啥都有，生活便利。對於不是整天泡在酒店裡，主要在外面玩的我們來説，非常合適。

Unfortunately, I can’t say my stay was pleasant. The rooms are very neglected — I had to change my room twice because the smell and amount of mold on the walls were unbearable. Rooms without balconies have sealed windows, so you can’t even open them to get some fresh air. It’s really uncomfortable to sleep when you feel like you’re breathing in dampness and mold all night.
On the positive side, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is really good with a wide variety of options. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are relatively clean, but the mold issue completely overshadows everything else. Such a shame, because the hotel has potential, but it desperately needs renovation and proper maintenance.

三亞之行有三天晚上入住了海棠灣喜來登酒店，整個酒店環境優美，酒店大堂氣派，關鍵酒店的性價比很高，基本設施一應俱全，服務人員都非常客氣友好，美中不足的我們入住房間下水有點不好，洗澡的時候水從浴室溢出來好多，另外酒店贈送了旅拍個人感覺是幾家酒店旅拍裏拍的最好的一家
