來天域，完全超出了我們的預期！之前還擔心酒店老舊，但來了才發現，它的“親子”是刻在骨子裡的。
🌟 孩子玩到根本不想回房間：
· 泳池YYDS！ 雙層的漂流河、大大小小的恆温泳池、還有那個巨大的水上樂園，兩個孩子玩瘋了。最貼心的是大部分泳池區和小童樂園都有樹蔭，完全不怕曬傷，亞龍灣獨一份吧！
· 活動從早排到晚： 每天的小童活動表滿滿當當，我們參加了泡泡派趴，管家：大美非常有愛心，孩子交給他們很放心。
😴 對嬰幼兒極度友好：
房間裏有小童牙刷、小拖鞋、小浴袍，甚至還準備了嬰兒床！對於帶小寶寶的家庭來説，少帶這麼多東西真的太省心了。酒店的小童俱樂部也很大，玩具豐富，下雨天也不怕沒地方去。
如果你追求的是極致的親子服務和讓孩子徹底釋放電量，同時自己也能偷得浮生半日閑，選天域絕對沒錯！我們已經計劃明年再來了！

天域酒店的親子設施太讚了，完全是孩子的歡樂天堂！水樂園有環流河、水上滑梯等六大主題水域。還有室內的奇域王國、小童遊樂場，户外的萌寵樂園、攀爬架等。酒店的泳池也很多，不同深度適合不同年齡段的孩子，泳池裡還有滑梯，每天11點還有親子活動。房間裏有洗衣機和壁掛式烘乾機，對於帶娃的家庭來説非常實用。
酒店環境超棒，就像一個熱帶花園。園區裏大葉欖仁樹很多，遮陽效果好，在沙灘和泳池邊玩耍不用擔心被曬。酒店坐擁亞龍灣的優質海景，沙灘細膩，海水清澈。園區內還有很多拍照景點，隨便一拍都很美。
酒店的親子活動豐富到讓人驚喜。每天有大約20項活動輪番上演，從科普秀到捉泥鰍，從狂歡泡泡趴到各種主題派對。我們還參加了酒店餐廳組織的餅乾製作、披薩製作小手工課，孩子玩得不亦樂乎。
關於服務貼心
酒店的服務非常貼心。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續很快。餐飲部的工作人員也很周到，會耐心地給孩子介紹菜品。我們因為飛機是晚上的，前台還幫我們安排了孩子臨時休息的房間，真的很暖心。
關於餐飲美味
酒店的餐飲很不錯。早餐豐盛，三個餐廳同時開餐，可以選擇海景餐廳一邊用餐一邊欣賞美景。晚上的草坪自助有很多美食，還有精彩的表演。酒店裡的椰苑、花嶼海等不同餐廳也各有特色，能滿足不同的口味和預算需求。

遊玩一圈終於有時間寫評價啦，首先非常感謝管家喜喜，就是所有問題都能解決，高質量服務，孩子沒有挖沙玩具給提供， 我們沒有帶手機防水袋也給提供， 衹要自己有什麼需要都能給滿足，這就是好多酒店不一定能做到的。而且離店時候給我兒子送了一個變型車， 之後的旅途愛不釋手一直在玩。我們住的是二區的海景房，説實話這個床真的 衹要是帶孩子真的都會超級喜歡吧， 父母住的是兩張床的 屋子，我和老公帶孩子住的是兩米四大床簡直太爽了， 前台辦理入住之後主動問我要不要按床圍欄，這一點我也很滿意。我們是五點多快要六點到店的 ，辦理入住超級快， 有小哥幫忙把行李放進房間。也沒有沒有網評説辦理入住要等很久。設施對於我的要求來説是可以的， 也沒有説很舊，二區的屋子還是很大的， 洗衣機和烘乾架真的給他一萬分，親子酒店寶寶洗漱的踩腳蹬都有， 設施還是很全的， 再説酒店的泳池之類的：我們就是放鬆並沒有什麼都玩，所以一些娛樂的我沒玩的很全就不做過多評價了， 有一個和小兔子互動的， 管家喜喜送我免費的門票， 十分感謝 我兒子玩的超級開心。海邊有躺椅有樹蔭非常棒， 孩子挖沙子也不用擔心曬，再説一下拍拍盒子吧， 當時説好衹要酒店送的10張照片（兩個房間）但是看到照片後果然沒有走出那個房間消費一千六百多哈哈哈（感覺被“套路”了）照片真的好喜歡啊。做個相冊給孩子留個紀念吧， 對於我們北方人來説 來一趟三亞坐飛機簡直太遭罪了。下次再來就是下次了！總結：很滿意的酒店 下次來還是會選擇天域的。

從三亞回來好兩天了，全家人都還對天域度假酒店的旅程念念不忘。這次帶着長者和孩子，最怕的就是折騰和不適，但天域用它的超高親和力和周到服務，給了我們一個超出預期的完美假期！
我們預訂的兩間“森林童趣房”真是太棒了！一進門，孩子就歡呼着沖向了小帳篷。房間的裝修並不是那種浮誇的卡通風，而是用原木、綠葉等元素營造出自然、温馨的森林氛圍，連大人都覺得非常舒服。還有小童專屬的浴袍、拖鞋、牙刷，甚至連踩腳凳都準備好了，徹底解放爸媽的雙手，不用大包小包帶一堆。陽台視野很好，能望見園區的綠植，聽着鳥鳴起床，心情特別舒暢。房間內的洗衣機和烘乾架簡直是海島度假神器！每天游泳換下來的衣服直接洗完烘乾，第二天一點不耽誤繼續穿，太方便了。
酒店就像一個巨大的熱帶植物園，綠化覆蓋率超高，即使在最熱的中午，走在林蔭小道上也完全不覺得曬。游泳池、小童俱樂部、小動物餵養區等活動區域都有樹蔭或遮擋，寶寶可以盡情玩耍，不用擔心曬傷。
入住期間，每天的活動排得滿滿當當，我們參加了黎族篝火晚會和萌寵樂園，孩子玩得樂不思魯。酒店的私人沙灘沙質細膩，坡度平緩，非常適合小朋友挖沙、踏浪。
這次旅行最讓我們感到温暖和貼心的是遇到了我們的專屬管家——嘻嘻。 在入住前1天，嘻嘻就主動聯繫我們，確認行程和需求，並貼心地告知了天氣和注意事項。 到達酒店時，嘻嘻積極聯繫為我們快速辦理了入住，還在微信上詳細介紹了酒店的設施和活動，節省了大量時間。 在整個入住期間，我們衹要在微信上找嘻嘻，她總是秒回，並且以最快的速度幫我們解決問題。那種“有事您説話，我全搞定”的踏實感，讓帶娃旅行的焦慮感瞬間消失。最最最值得表揚的是！知道我們帶了長者和孩子，還為我們申請了最近的VIP餐廳就餐，早餐品種超讚！孩子吃完還可以在二樓看**強和拼積木！嘻嘻還特意在我們離店時為孩子送上了小紀念品。這些小小的舉動，讓我們感覺不是住酒店，而是像在一位貼心朋友家做客。
