Overall, it was a perfect experience with the Hotel. It was our first time visiting Hai Nan (Sanya), and we are very satisfied with the prompt and customer oriented service provided by the reception and more importantly, the 24/7 butler on WeChat (Cece). Highly recommended for families, couples for good location, spacious room and most importantly, exceptional service! Breakfast was excellent spread as well.

前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住迅速，管家Jason服務專業熱情，時不時有小驚喜。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音也不錯，讓我睡了個安穩覺， 洗浴水壓穩定，熱水充足，早餐環境不錯，味道可口。整體性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦！

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿分好評！酒店位置太便利了，酒店餐飲、便利店齊全，出行覓食都超省心。貝爾蒙小童親子樂園超大，目前見過配套最全的室內小童樂園。
前台服務特別暖心，辦理入住時全程微笑，還主動幫忙寄存行李。管家Jason服務專業熱情，房間更是驚喜，乾淨一塵不染，從服務到設施都挑不出毛病，性價比極高，下次來這座城市還選這裏！

Прибывали в данном отеле 3 ночи .
Отель новый , с хорошим ремонтом ,приветливый персонал , красивый вид из окна .
Очень стильный ремонт в новом корпусе .
Из минусов , не работ бассейн на 3 этаже , пол после уборки номеров был в небольшим разводах . Думаю этот момент они откорректируют .
Рядом с отелем много инфраструктуры .
Пляжа у отеля нет .
Хочу отметить что в этом отеле очень Крутая комната для маленьких детей с няней .
В нее приезжали даже с других отелей . Девочки на ресепшене прекрасные , Джул помогла нам сделать бесплатный абгрейд номера .

上午11點多就拿房卡到酒店前台了，下午1點多給我打電話，問有沒有退房？
下午6點翻來覆去打電話，問有沒有看到房間的抽紙盒，説保潔工作人員沒有找到。第一次我很客氣給説了大概位置；第二次還打電話問讓我好好想想在哪裡？這是覺得我看上你家抽紙盒，帶走了嗎？誰稀罕你抽紙盒了？
