A Good family friendly hotel. Lot of activities for the kids. Nice pool, good view. Breakfast is ok, lot of Chinese dish selection. still need to improve English speak for the foreigners. But it is as good as we can expect from the service . We enjoy the stay.

Excellent service, including the very helpful Vivian. A very relaxing stay, good buffet breakfast and lots of amenities for kids. Rain was very supportive of our child who tried out the childcare service. Would be nice if the deeper pool was larger as the majority shallow area is barely used, leaving this smaller section over crowded.

Hualuxe was much better than we thought and the place was super convenient! Room was huge and clean and service was superb! Special mention to Xiao Yi (小依）who greeted us on the first day we checked in. She was super helpful and even went to extra mile to help us order food since we didn't have a china mobile number. Her customer service and friendliness + willingness to help was admirable especially in China. They even surprised my friend with gifts and cake for her birthday! Such gestures are definitely appreciated. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Sanya!

It was truly a fantastic stay, and Rosie warmly welcomed us. During the stay, if you have any needs, you can contact him on WeChat, and he will respond very quickly. We will also pay close attention to the guests' stay experience, which is great.

It is the newest hotel in Yalong bay. Nice atmosphere all around, we moved from MGM Grand hotel, where a bit crowded and old. This one is much better less people around, calm outside, a beach is close, perfect with kids, so many activities for them. The buffet breakfast has many choices specially for western food. The room is really clean and new furnitures. Special appreciation for Ambassador Rosie who works at front desk, upgraded our room to family section with full breakfast access.

Our Trip was Fantastic, Memorable, Quality time spent with family in such a nice place, Being Non Chinese Family, its quite difficult to talk with chinese people and we eat vegan Food so its quite difficult to get proper food in China but Hotel Staff Mr. LUCAS solved our all problems. Our Trip was nice just because of LUCAS otherwise we would have gone crazy. Thanks my friend LUCAS, all the best for you…. Will remember you always. Thanks you all supporting people for foreigners…

This brand-new hotel is perfectly positioned in the most breathtaking part of the magnificent Yalong Bay. Everything is spotless – a true 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation. The facilities are outstanding: a stunning pool with panoramic sea views on the 3rd floor (a photographer’s dream), a dedicated children’s pool, a vibrant game center, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax. The lobby is an oasis of calm, with a gentle sea breeze and comfortable seating – perfect for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding. The beach is literally just a 2–3 minute stroll away, passing a few charming boutique shops along the way. Culinary experiences here are equally impressive. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and of very high quality. But it was the dinner buffet at the main restaurant that truly amazed me – refined, beautifully presented, and far exceeding my expectations. Honestly, it was at the level of the world’s top resorts. Lunch at the 2nd-floor family restaurant was also superb – fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Our room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with every convenience we could need. The concierge service was flawless, handling every request with ease. A heartfelt thank you to Abby and Nicole for their exceptional hospitality – their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism could rival even the finest 7-star hotels. This is more than just a hotel stay – it’s an experience. If you want luxury, beauty, and service beyond compare in Yalong Bay, this is the place.

We reached at midnight and wanted to checkin and go for sleep. Bela was at desk but on the phone. She did not even looked at for almost 20min she know we are family of three waiting along at the front desk…. After 20min requested her to check us but still she continued her call and asking us to wait. It was an unpleasant experience and felt unwelcome. When we started discussing ourselves that we need to give our experiences on the review, then she started asking us passport. After checked in, we reached the room and about to go sleep, room service guy bell the ring and asking our passports again because she did not copy the visa pages!! One of us went to front desk with passports and return to sleep.. it took more than one hrs for checkin process after we arrived hotel at midnight with no other guests.. However, next day morning we met with an intern from Nepal, Leo, who was polite, attentive and helped us in the checkout process. Thank you Leo.

We had a great stay at Hualuxe. There was plenty to do for kids, the staff were all very accommodating, especially Lisa, who served as the concierge, and they even put in a net on the bed for our young daughter when she sleeps. We’re very satisfied and would stay here again.

Nice place. Will be better to have warm pools

One of the newer hotels in Yalong Bay Area. Service is exceptional. Special shoutout to Tia, who communicated with us constantly through our stay and even went out of her way to assist when we had a change in plans. The rooms are fantastic, food choices amazing. Highly recommended for families!

Very new and nice hotel, with a lot of variation of foods for breakfast. Very child friendly. Staff are very accommodating, will return next time. We booked 3 rooms and 2 rooms was upgraded.
