Just the smoking room is truly smoked, but can’t complain since such convenience. Also have to say, all the reception ladies are very pretty and polite.

Stayed in the standard double room. Clean room with enough space to open 2 suitcases. Staff were very friendly.

Overall, an excellent hotel. A bit small, and when we are old, my wife struggled to get on and off the bed when it is against the wall. Request for change but had to pay 2700 yen extra per night for a twin bed room which we can push apart to allow easier getting on and off

This is next to the prime shopping area and we walk from the hotel to all the shopping malls, castle, market. Definitely a good hotel.

Clean, spacious and an easy walk from Kokura station. The shower water pressure was great and bed was comfortable. There is no safe in the room for valuables.

In addition to the food, the hotel is situated near a bustling shopping district and a shopping centre, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. There's also another local train station close by, which adds to the convenience. The room itself was very clean and satisfying, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The only minor downside was that the toilet was a bit small, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Being in Daiwa in Fukuoka, I found this place has bigger room. Very easy to stay in the room longer to do and enjoy things. Excellent location. Italian restaurant at the first floor is very tasty. Will book it again if coming back.

the hotel is closing to the JR Station, it is just walking within 7 minutes from the station, it is very convenience for the travelers. Moreover, the front desk stuff is very nice and cheerful, and can response to the customer's queries promptly. The check in and check out process is very smooth and quick. When inside the room, the facilities is fine and clean, have a big working desk and enough light for the traveler when working is required with their computer. The Wi-Fi network is okay. Furthermore, the breakfast is fine and have lot of varieties for the guest to choose. the restaurant staff's service is nice. Also, there are lot of different restaurants which located around the hotel. Highly recommend to come back again in the next time.
