Nice service

Personally, I think it is not suitable for living. There are mosquitoes in this season. It is incredible. The hygiene and sound insulation are poor.

The location is good and there are restaurants nearby. Convenient for a one-day stay

The room is very comfortable and clean, the service attitude is very good, and the nearby environment is quite quiet~

The hotel in general was nice and adequate. The employees were friendly and helpful. The people at the reception speak Turkish. The breakfast is nice and sufficient. It is a boutique hotel. The location is not bad, there is Asia Mall nearby. The only problem for me is that there are roller blinds on the windows and there are people coming from outside. It does not block the light enough, making it difficult to sleep on sunny days.

Came to this hotel with my sister and kindly asked the receptionist to tell us prices because our friend was coming to bishkek on September. The receptionist didn’t even stand up and said “the price per night is 3500som(which is around 35€)”. We requested to show us one of the rooms and her response was “No available rooms to show” even if the hotel looked quite empty. When we asked to at least show us photos she said “they are available on the website”👍🏻

A very strange approach in the hotel business, when payment is required upon check-in, and if you check out earlier, they categorically refuse to refund the difference. But that’s not so bad, the cleaning of the room is such that when you decide to lay out a towel for your feet before the shower, you find a lump of someone else’s hair on them, and someone’s old jeans in the closet (!!). At the same time, no apologies ((

I do not recommend staying in it. I did not receive the hotel because of its smell and very dirty. I went out and did not receive the amount paid because it is non-refundable. This is a big mistake. Booking in a place you do not know. I registered to cancel a reservation on Booking and a message comes that will be spoken to. Today, a month ago, no one called even though the place did not adhere to Corona precautions. Rather, it is a cluster for the virus.

I stayed here three nights, the location is very convenient. Asia mall a stone's throw away, excellent restaurants nearby. Very helpful staff, simple rooms and basic supplies. Bed linen to be checked, clean but with holes in some parts of the sheet. Excellent breakfast, very varied and plentiful. Good price

Breakfast is terrible. There are no shoehorns in the rooms, which is unimportant for some, but for me this is an indicator of a lack of professionalism and care for the client. But the rooms are not bad. 4 stars is, of course, funny. But 3 are stable. For this money there were many options, we regretted choosing this one
