The location of the hotel is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is absolutely sufficiant for a short stay. It´s also good for smokers, that the room has a balcony but it would be better, if the hotel could arrange a small chair to sit there. I was very satisfied with the Hotel and would choose it again.

Staff was polite and friendly. Hotel has a lift. Room facilities is standard. Triple Room is quite spacious. Near to Halal food.

Great location Wonderful rooms since we were 4 with 2 small Daughters There receptionist were very helpful and it's a total value for money

1. The room is big and clean. 2. The housekeeping staff is friendly. 3. Housekeeping is carried out daily without any request. 4. The receptionist is able to get private taxi transfer to airport at a good price which is lower than Grab.

Good place to stay. Near to old quarter beer street. Near ho hoan kiem lake. Near banh 25, famous food store here in hanoi. Can easily pick up by tour attraction shuttle. There a lot of resto and spa beside the hotel.

Good staff and give us late check out till 2 pm, no breakfast available, quite big family room, stay for 2 nights but they didn’t clean the room,

Stuff very welcoming and big smiles....very good location to restaurants bars and store....the hotel is old but good ...mattress in the family suit very comfy

The hotel is very clean. The location is very good. There is no breakfast and other facilities. It is very good only for accommodation.

The front desk staff was polite and kind. I only stayed for one night, but I would like to stay there again when I visit Hanoi. Excellent location close to tourist spots.

Friendly staff.. clean but facilities were poor.. The bathroom door doesn't lock... the bed is right under the air conditioner... my head hurts because of the air conditioner... there's no toilet inside... the location is inside a market so it's crazy...

The hotel here is very beautiful, and the owner also talked a lot! A large room was available, so they were very kind to give me a bigger room. Thank you!
