Hotel room is clean, but winter is cold outside. The bed is comfortable and ac works well.

The location is excellent, close to the center of Fira. There are many restaurants nearby, so it's very convenient. I went for a walk early in the morning before the place got crowded with tourists, and it was really nice to be able to enjoy the magnificent view. The amenities were very complete, which is rare in Europe, and I was happy to be able to take a shower with hot water, even though some hotels don't have hot water.

The hotel is in a great location for watching the sunrise, has a nice environment, and is not far from the restaurant.

It's not very close to the bus stop, but it's connected to the road, so it's not a big problem to get around. The manager was kind, so we communicated with each other through WhatsApp. The room was clean and quiet. The view was especially great, so if I go to Santorini again, it's a place worth going to for this price. However, the shower room isn't very waterproof, so there are times when water leaks. In that case, you can just lay out the towel you used after showering. You can also drink Nescafe for free, and it was delicious. You can ask for an extra towel, so it shouldn't be a big problem.

We stayed one night and had a great time. The staff went out of their way to serve us, there was nothing to ask and they were very friendly. It is situated on a steep hill with beautiful views and if you get up early enough you can watch the sunrise. The bed is really comfortable and the apartment is beautifully designed with everything you need. Breakfast is simple but good. The hot tub was a nice addition, although very hot! It's too cold to swim and the terrace is a great place to sunbathe. The hotel is just a short walk from the center of Fira, Santorini's main hub. From the bus station you can go anywhere on the island or rent a quad bike or just stroll around the city and enjoy the beautiful sunset. This apartment is not too expensive and has a great location. Would recommend.

The front desk was on the phone when we checked in. We waited for a long time. The four of us booked two rooms, and she gave us a four-person room on the upper and lower floors. I said I booked two rooms, but the front desk clerk said there was only one room, and they didn't have any rooms. If that's the case, why did I book it? I've already paid, and you say there's no room? We didn't check in, and she said she'd wait for her colleague to come back. After waiting for a while, it might be the boss's wife who came. After checking the order, it turned out that the front desk was wrong. We were given two rooms according to the reservation. The boss's wife was very efficient. Thank you very much. The front desk of this hotel is very irresponsible. They can't explain anything clearly, and they are very impatient. Every time I go to the front desk, I either make a phone call or a video chat. Once I video chatted with a man, and they didn't even hang up. There was a shirtless man on the phone who kept video chatting with the front desk. All the dissatisfaction with the hotel comes from this front desk clerk. I don't understand why the boss uses such a bad woman.

Suspected of deceiving tourists, I booked a sea view suite (with a private hot pool), but I was only given a suite with a frozen water pool shared with other rooms, and the pool cannot be used after 9 pm. The room environment is normal. The hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the street. It is dark along the road at night.

The bathroom of the triple room on the first floor I booked smelled bad.

The location is average, a bit noisy at night next to the highway.
